To start, we reserved a non-smoking room, but we were given a room that smelled like cigarettes. My husband went back downstairs to informed the receptionist. He give us a new room. In the new room however, the TV was not working. There was a message on the screen saying “bad internet connection.” We called the front desk twice inquiring about the TV issue. First time we were told to wait 10-15mins, but an hour passed no one showed. We called them again after an hour and the receptionist stated he send someone and that they should be coming. Up to the time we checked out, NO ONE should to fix the tv problem. At 8am, we got a knock on the door and it was the cleaning people asking if the room was ready to be clean. We had until 11am to checkout. To top that off, we paid for breakfast we never received. We were never given any information about the breakfast and it was on our reservation. Very poor customer service. Overall experience was horrible.

The pool. It needs more and water needs to be a little more water but other than that it was decent. Cameras too because with other family were playing to rough and it made us leave the pool early with them being careless

The roof and walls had stains from water. The mirror was broken. It smelled. Somebody tried to walk into our room at 6am waking my disabled son and mother and myself. The 15 minutes later front desk called our room and said “umm your in the wrong room” I replied “we have been here all night” he said “ I think you were suppose to be in a king room” I said “no we paid for 2double beds and thanks for double booking my room and waking my son up at 6am” we packed up and left and will never return

The one guy checking us in was incredibly nice and understanding of my sons autism and even offered us time in the pool after it closed due to my son being loud and disrupting others

Staff should accommodate refunds or fix problems with guests. The mold is black and toxic I took pictures and will turn into health department.

I had to change rooms there was water pouring through the ceiling of my first room my second room had mold I had to shut off half the room cause the smell of the mold was over whelming. Staff refused to refund my money or call a supervisor. I will not be returning

The hotel was dirty, and our floor smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was dirty The carpet had what looked like a blue slime stain. The bathroom had black smudge marks on the walls. My son said his bed sheets were not clean.

We helped an elderly gentleman book the room to get out of the heat during a massive power outage. The staff and hotel did so much to help accommodate him. We are beyond greatful.

No refrigerator in our room. Diabetic and had to store insulin on ice. Asked to be moved to a room with a fridge, was told they could keep my meds😱. The carpet was really worn and the Hotel looked really gloomy inside.And there was a musty smell.

They dont have refrigerator or microwave at room. Room is smelly and they used strong perfume to show its clean. Jammed doors. You will wake up all night by neighbors door locking noise. You need to apply force to close doors which creates noise. I never posted the detailed comment however this hotel needs definite action.

It was great to have a restaurant/bar at the hotel so we didn't have to drive anywhere for dinner and the food was great and the service was good as well.

Please be sure to air out the room or at least make sure that the doors have locks that function. Did not stay for breakfast. The bathroom had little flies, the walls had cracks and the connecting door to the other room did not have a lock, the night stands did not have a handle on the drawer and the room smelled like wet dog and smoke. No good :(

It was not worth $215 a night. Old, ran down, broken faucet, elevators dirty ,carts dirty. Paint pealing .I would say a $50 a night place .

It was close to 9:00 am. The breakfast staff was pulling off food when there were guests in line for the waffles. I thought it was very rude as the waffle maker takes time to cook. The staff would not let the guests that were in line make their waffles.

A lot of debris at the front door. Both upon arrival and even more when leaving. All the floors were sticky. 2nd floor was accessible room, which we would not stay in. In addition there was heavy smoking in the rooms across the hall. The furniture was older, a llot of stains, and inconsistency in the cleanliness and maintenance in the 6 rooms visited. Parts of the carpet were completely missing in some rooms. Outlet overload. Elevators did not work properly and a lot of trash. Especially objects kids would gravitate toward picking up. Fear of being towed in unloading/loading zone given it’s only ten minutes and lack of carts to facilitate moving our family into and out of the room. Kitchen door propped open during breakfast, but staff was nice. Water fountain splashed onto floor in lobby. Overall would not book this hotel again.
