The room was filthy, there were signs all over the hotel telling people not to do things, and there were parties going on in the banquet halls blasting music until 3am blasting music so loud it would shake our room. We complained in the middle of the night and requested a refund

Room was not clean or in good repair. Elevator went down & we had to get to our event by going down 9 floors in a dark/hot stairwell! No working phone in room. Very uncaring & unresponsive front desk employees.

The television remote needed replaced. I could look at the channels through the guide, but I had a hard time selecting the channels. At times throughout the whole stay there was a strong odor of marijuana. If people who do that can get away with that, shouldn't smokers be allowed to smoke in the room? I think that needs to be monitored more often. It was very disgusting to smell. It was all day and night. You could even smell it on the elevator. I had to come down to the desk to ask for regular coffee for the coffee maker in my room. It wasn't good at all. The coffee downstairs was much better. Please get better tasting coffee for the rooms! Also only two elevators were working and they were very small. I hope you get bigger elevators! There were a lot of people there from Friday to Sunday, and I think those few things would make it much better!

The room was very clean and the housekeeping was excellent. Those girls work so hard. I hope you give them all a raise! I have no complaints with the staff or the property. The Bar and lounge were great! Great entertainment. They had water with lemon outside the dining room! I really enjoyed that. After a long day at the Omaha Zoo ,it was nice and refreshing ! Before I rented a room here, I checked the previous reviews. Some were bad..broken doors, bed bugs not clean rooms. I seen none of that! I'm not saying that some things don't need to be improved, but I didn't see those issues.

Discomfort Inn. Broken elevator with caution tape, visibly broken door on our first room that wouldn't shut. Dirty room. Smelled horrible. Stains on walls and carpet. Slide show in lobby of on-site bar which apparently is a packed party scene at night. Sign on functioning elevators saying "4 guests at a time only- new elevators coming." Then a man walked into our second room while we were changing. We left this hotel and I would NEVER recommend it to anyone. Horrible.

I liked that they refunded our money after a man walked into our room.

The entire place smelled like a pool. The hallways were disgusting- the paint was peeling off the walls. The elevators kept breaking down. The bathroom was gross. There was paint peeling off or splattered on the tub... Breakfast ended at 9am. I thought the front desk person said it started at 9am. When I expressed my disappointment in missing breakfast- I was told there wasn't anything they could do. So I paid extra to get breakfast and then didn't get breakfast or any sort of resolution. I ate in the restaurant next door one of the nights. The food tasted fine until I ended up vomiting it up later that night. I had a salad and mozzarella sticks.

The staff were very friendly. They were happy and positive, and you could tell they liked their job and wanted the guests to be happy. The bed was comfortable and clean and I really liked the makeup wipe in the bathroom.

The facilities have been sub-par, front desk staff unhelpful, and amenities below expectations. The front desk staff gave me wrong information as to where laundry was, which led me on a wild goose chase to find it. I asked for laundry detergent and they handed me dryer sheets and did not understand the difference between the two. An hour later when I went to ask for change in quarters; they demanded money for the dryer sheets and refused to give me quarters. The elevator was inoperational at times and stairs were inaccessible. The bathtub was broken inside of our room and the internet was slow and extremely unreliable.

The facilities were falling apart. Leaky faucet, broken coffee maker, broken hairdryer, broken door that wouldn't open/close unless shoved and forced, enkempt landscaping, dirty stairwell, no poop bags for pets, dirty public restrooms, only one working elevator that was super slow and glitchy, heated pool wasn't heated, and the gym equipment was dirty and broken.

We loved the bar downstairs even though it wasn't "tiki" as advertised. The food and live music was good. We also thought the Continental breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and the rooms and lobby were reasonably clean.

1 small working elevator. Shower head leaked all over, tub wouldn’t drain, Door to room you had to left it up and slam it to get it to close, pillows sucked way to small, upright chair in room was old and smelled and room smelled like cigarettes.

The first room we were put in didn’t have a working tv, had stains on the ceiling and smelled like people previously smoked in it. We were changed to a different room, which was slightly better but also had stains on the ceiling. One of the elevators was broken, causing only 2 elevators to be I use and of had 4 people max to be in. We had to wait 15 minutes for an elevator to check out because apparently only one elevator was working.

Everything. The room wasn’t clean enough, all elevators, but one, were broken and we were on the 8th floor. We waited 5 minutes to get to the elevator. We didn’t feel safe during a bad storm, in the hallway the only window, during the storm, was a plexiglass window screwed to the opening and rain was pouring in from it. There was mold in the room, and the pillows were terrible. The jacuzzi we paid extra for was not clean. The water looked like there had been urine in it. We had to pay a $100 deposit for I don’t know what. And it was not worth the money. This was by far one the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, considering the price for it.

Upon arriving and opening my hotel suite it immediately smelled like an ash tray so I called down to the office to say something because as I did a walk through I noticed multiple other issues with the suite. I paid extra for a spa tub and the tub was completely covered in black filth which the maids had to come in and clean after I checked in, although I was under the impression my room should have came clean. There was white residue that I don’t even want to say what it resembled all cut up in lines on the tv stand in the living room area ( I took pics of all of this btw) and the smoke detectors were completely torn off the wall so thank god the place didn’t light on fire by accident because I may not even be here to write this review right now if it had. Some of front desk was unprofessional and ultimately if I could book over again, I definitely would NOT choose here.

Room was dramatically smaller than was shown as well as the deposit and hold time on the funds was never disclosed during the booking process. Door to room did not close all the way and the walls in the room were falling apart. Shower had no hot water and room only had one towel

There was water leaks everywhere, missing/broken tiles, it smelt like marijuana and smoke throughout the hotel and in our room, and in our room was hair balls. My son has asthma so this was absolutely a safety issue. There was a storm heading our way, and we were on the top floor with water leak marks everywhere and there was no way we could stay there. Felt very disgusted, and uncomfortable.
