Breakfast the first day was fine. But Saturday when I arrived at 7 am the coffee, eggs and sausage were all luke warm at best. I had to ask a staff person to replace the coffee machine with another machine with hot coffee. I didn't complain about the food but it seemed as if they warming trays were not plugged in.

Size of the room. Very comfortable and great kitchen.

We really liked the hotel, it seems elegant. Good atmosfere,, the lobby had a fireplace, I loved the breakfast menu, it was varied and very tasty, the rooms were larger than usual, the staff was very friendly, the pool was warm and the jacussi the right hot. There was a goodMexican restaurant few steps away. They allowed us to check in two hours before their check-in time and the hotel check out is at 12 noon, half an hour later than the vast majority of hotels.

We had 2 large stink bugs in our room. I felt like I had bugs crawling on me all night.

Prices seem high in this area. Willing to pay the price for the comfort we need traveling with a 17 year old but it does feel a bit pricey at $200 plus a night with less amenities than some other hotels.

Love the size of the bedroom and the extra living space. Allows for privacy and comfort for parents and kids. The King bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and great variety available. Staff friendly.

Elevator is quite old, so it was slow but I still liked it.

Reception was good, staff was good, location is good, can't agree more this was the perfect hotel for our family vacation ! Kids loved the breakfast and pool, within the same location there's mexican restaurant that you can go on a foot to have dinner with friends and family. I super recommend !

The only thing I can see that could have been improved was a the back door key entry. I had to go around to the front every time. It wasn't a big deal, just got to walk my dogs a little bit more. And, I didn't ask for help with that. It may have been something that could have been remedied. I will never know.

The staff was and is SUPERB!!!! Notably the efforts of Jolene Wood and her colleagues to get me a room on standby. They did but I didn't see the message until after I booked with someone else. Also, Carlon at the front desk was amazing. I look at people in the hospitality industry as caregivers and I was very well taken care of. I appreciate all of their work and the extra miles they were willing to go for my comfort and care. I am grateful.

Only one issue was annoying: a package ordered by my wife that arrived just before I did was returned to sender despite my explicit request that they keep it a few days for me. But most guests would presumably be unaffected by such errors... For some reason the kitchen had almost anything but utensils, and plastic ones were provided. One might wonder why, as they had basically everything else (solved easily by purchasing cheap utensils nearby for under $10, but still).

Not cheap, but a very nice large room that is practically a suite. Reasonably well stocked kitchen allowed me to purchase food at the nearby "Market Basket" thus did not need any other food services. Included breakfast was good. Was great for a longish stay (almost 2 weeks), work-related at UNH-Durham. In-hotel coin operated laundry room was also quite useful. Nice quiet area despite being near the expressway. There was limited free wifi with an option to purchase high-speed wifi, which I did not use. But the free wifi turned out to suffice, e.g. for a business meeting on zoom with video in which I participated from the hotel room.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Great breakfast, pleasant people at the front desk, comfortable bed (mattress not too hard), plenty of space in the room, loved the ceiling fan above the bed, proximity to Margaritas. (There can be noise after the restaurant/bar closes on weekends. Request a room in the back of the hotel.)

Homewood suites is a favourite for sure. Nice suites, lots of nice details. Very comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. Love a full kitchen, plates, glasses, etc.

The only issue we had was a weird smell from something to do with maintenance in the hallway but it was not constant. The breakfast was good but my kids were bummed no bacon at all after being there for 5 mornings.

The front desk was amazing. They were polite and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were great. The actual room was phenomenal; 2 rooms-1 with our beds and one with the living room and kitchen area. It had everything we needed. And the restaurant Margarita’s is literally in your parking lot!

Everything was great. I have stayed here before with My family. Only downfall was how uncomfortable the pull out couch was, given that we gave the children the comfortable beds. We sucked it up for the couple of days.. leaving poor sleep. However Everything else was clean and friendly, will definitely be back again!

We stayed with my oldest and some of her friends to celebrate her birthday. The room was bigger than expected, breakfast was amazing, and the kids had a blast in the pool!! The staff was kind and attentive; the ladies in the kitchen were especially sweet and friendly to our daughter and her friends-helping them with the waffle machine, asking questions about her birthday and if they were having fun, etc. I have never experienced such attentive staff during a hotel stay. Kudos to you, Homewood Suites!
