We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesI didn't like the beds and the kitchen was dirty. Covered in dirt. They run the ac/heat unit which is fine but it got cold and we ended up sleeping in our clothes and coats to stay warm.
The shower was hot and good spray!

United StatesSince it was a room meant for long stays, it was not cleaned well. There was food left in drawers and cupboards. It's normal for some bugs when in Texas, and it's not used daily, but it should have been vacuumed before we got there. And the fridge could have been wiped out.
It was large and roomy for my large family. It had everything we needed for the night. The beds were clean and great size. There is plenty of seating. You definitely get what you pay for. It's not a fancy Ritz but perfect for a family on a tight budget. Very friendly. Perfect for hunters or large groups of people. I would stay there again if needed to.

It serve its purpose, not many places to stay in the are, Its and old Small Hotel that looks more like a grandma place, the town is small, but the people is very kind and gentle. You meet nice people everywhere you go.

United StatesRoom was filthy, had beer bottles (12) left from last occupant. Toilet l Was leaking grey water that you had to stand in to use. Blinds were missing many slats so the light from outside was coming in all night. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
At 71 years old, this is the absolute worst hotel experience in my life.. it was so bad that i left on the 3rd morning.

Old Western historic hotel. Excellent Staff , very helpful. Room was VERY CLEAN with modest furnishings. Very Welcoming Midwestern community. Country charm and Hospitality. Fresh Coffee in the morning, free local paper. We will be back! Highly recommend this hotel!
