I wish microwaves were available in every room, but they're only in certain suites. There is a business center with a couple of microwaves, but you had to walk quite a way to reach them. Also, to reach our room, we had to walk through the pool area (which wasn't open, by the way) and it's dimly lit and there was sort of a step down from the lobby into the pool area. My husband fell twice going through that doorway. There should be caution tape or something to designate there is a slight "slope" or "step" down.

Room was large and comfortable, plenty of pillows, towels and anything else we could have wanted.

No free breakfast. The breakfast was expensive, for what I would say was just a touch above the quality of a free breakfast at a hotel that serves it.

It is a bit dated, stayed in a king suite with a sofa bed. Room was huge. Building was old and needs updated , but served its purpose for our needs. Had a great view of lake and outside pool. Didn't spend time other than to sleep in the room. Great value for 2 nights. Towels were replenished as well as shower amenities has a great inside pool

The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor pool. The indoor pool was supposed to be open but at our arrival we been told that the pool is closed due to maintenance. In those 3 weekdays we never even saw anyone working there. We were pretty disappointed as we were looking forward to take a dip after a long citytrip and the hotel wouldnt communicate the closing beforehand.

The location is convenient if you want to visit Louisville on a budget and like to walk. (Nice 50min walk to Downtown) The shower has enough pressure and the middle of the hotel invites to realx at the lake.

The tv didn’t work properly. I couldn’t get certain channels. The noise you could hear doors slam loudly. The shower looked old and dirty. We were afraid to use it.

I really liked the location and it looks ok from the outside. The staff was as friendly and as helpful as they could be.

I had made a reservation online a week prior and it took about 15 minutes to check in and that's with us already standing there being the ones talked too. They never told us before we actually paid (paid on sight, reserved rooms online) that the pool heater was broke and the water was nearly 30-40 degrees (in the middle of November). It's been almost a week and we still haven't received our $100 deposit back even though our room was looking just as good as we walked in. We also lost an item and called 2 days after, and they said they haven't cleaned our room yet... still no call back.

Beds were super comfortable and the staff were really nice. The hotel was really clean but a little confusing to get around due to the way it was set up.
