Couldn’t get the TV to work. Only issue with the workout room was that you needed to keep your key in the slot for the lights. If someone else comes in and I leave…they’re in the dark. Motion lights might be a good alternative.

Room was great. Seemed to be in a quiet location. Very happy about the free laundry! Workout room good. There was a small market right around the corner that really came in handy!

Cost of parking if booking through booking.com. Free parking if booked direct with the hotel via their website. Noisy students :-(

Good sized room with a small kitchenette. Short walk to the metro and secure parking. Solarium and Gym were useful.

Bed sofa was uncomfortable, very squeaky and unstable. Cleaner was a bit sloppy, trash for example under the bed after the cleaning. But nothing off putting. And once threw away one of our papers, luckily not important one.

Location, really close to everything you wanna visit or to the beach. Walking distance The room was also nice and big Staff was very friendly

The one elevator not working and then one of the working one's also had brief issues while there. It got resolved fairly quick. The one elevator was still under maintenance (on both arrival and check out).

The location was a very quick walk to a metro station which made getting anywhere else within Barcelona super easy. There are small shops near by as well as a few bars and restaurants (didn't try many of the bars or restaurants near by though but is good to have around). The room was comfortable! Bed was decent, aircon worked perfectly and we had enough space. Was very happy with the stay we had here and would return again in the future.

It’s frustrating to speak to few receptionist staff who doesn’t understand what I meant when I’m asking something about how things work inside our room when we first arrived. Two of the lifts are not working, we need to use the stairs. The location of the hotel is quite far from the airport we landed and it cost us a fortune. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre and other tourist spots.

The room is a good size for a family, it’s a bonus to have own kitchen. Very pleased to have a washing machine for those staying for few days like us. The breakfast was great.

Guests in a youth hotel nearby were really loud during the night. There were also 3 night during which we were woken up by the people on the street. But this is not the hotel's fault.

We liked the terrace, gym and the laundry room + the location of the hotel - nearby the metro station.

as we entered the hotel at the first day the gentleman who helped us was not friendly , no welcoming or no smile at all !!!!!! as I checked every time which we met him , he never smile which I was really surprised ,I do not know his name but he was a young guy with eyeglasses. Other staffs were friendly. also the second time which we got our room cleaned , I noticed my bed sheet has a few big stains which made me to go downstairs and got a clean sheet from reception. One of the elevators was broke during all the 9 days that we were at hotel and it made guests to wait long to go up or down. also we booked for one king size bed but they gave us room with 2 single beds. Room was not really spacious.

Location was good easy access to downtown and beach also Hotel was in vary safe area . we have not used the breakfast . At the morning they have lemonade and small treats and at the night green apples at the lobby for guest which was very welcoming.

to be honest, the location of the hotel is not good. you need to walk out for around 5-10 minutes to take L1 or L4. Especially, there is no good restaurant around.

The pullout couch was lopsided and very uncomfortable. Kept hitting my head on the low hanging lamps, was very annoying. Corridors were stinky. There was a broken wooden cabinet from the TV unit that fell on my dad’s foot, something that someone surely would’ve noticed on routine cleans..

15 min walk from La Sagrada Familia and the beach. It was a bit too hot for walking but it was within the vicinity. The kitchenette was a plus and the bathroom was spacious.

There was a 1cm gap between the entrance doors bottom and the floor, one could hear every noise from the corridor. The walls were very thin, we could hear our neighbour coughing all night.

cleaning every 3 days. we stayed for 6 days, and only 1 time cleaning. With a baby in addition, this is not acceptable, sorry.

The bathroom drain smelt very bad which made the bathroom smell. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed under the made up couch bed and the couch is very dated, with lots of marks on it.

The apartments were in a great location and with lots of amenities for cooking. They were also very spacious and big bathroom.

Sleeping on sofa is not that comfortable. Location is not central.

There is very little sound insulation in the rooms and everything in the corridor is clearly audible, even people talking normally. There is also no cooker in the studio, only a microwave/oven.

The room was pretty much exactly what we wanted, it was in an ideal location which was close enough to all the tourist stuff but not so close that everything in the nearby area was an overpriced tourist trap.

The air conditioning didn’t work at all. We needed to use an electric fan provided for the hotel.

The rooms are a LOT smaller than the pictures make it look, there was an open piece of metal on the floor in the bathroom which caused me to cut my foot (thank god it wasn't my toddler) and the sofa was quite uncomfortable.

The staff were all really lovely, the bed was comfortable (super king size), the breakfast was pretty decent and it was clean. Location was fab in poblenou
