Climate control or lack there of, in multiple room. We were freezing. A lot of drunk people piling out of the bar at night.

Friendly staff, and spacious lobby with nice feel upon entry. Affordable for an emergency stay.

Went to room and could not get in. Some one after 20 minutes finally got door open to let us in. Toilet ran without stopping and room was freezing. After another 20 minutes they sent us to another room. My wife called around 11PM and ask for toilet paper because there was no spare and the roll in use was2/3 used. She was told some was going to be sent up. Around 12:30 AM she called again. Within 10 minutes toilet paper was delivered.

Not very happy with our stay. First of was never notified that breakfast wasn't included in our stay. For the price of the hotel it should have at least been complimentary, especially for as terrible the food was. Our breakfast was cold, none of the hot food was hot, and when we told our waitress she looked at us as if we were stupid. $45 for shutter terrible cold breakfast. Then our room keys never worked. We had trouble getting into our room the first night and the second night both keys would work. Had to walk all they way back down to get reset, with sleeping tired children. And the worst part is when I got back up the room only one key worked. LUCKILY we left the connecting room door open so we didn't have to come back down to get reset for a 3rd time. The room my husband and I stayed in smelt so bad of old smoke stale air that we had to sprav a crap ton of bod spray just to beable to stand the smell to sleep. It was disgusting. Overall was not impressed with our stay and will likely never stay at another holiday inn.

Extremely dated, worn out, damp feeling in all areas — room, lobby, etc. Food situation was not good at all.

The location was convenient to where we needed to be. Service was nice. It’s not the staff’s fault this hotel is stuck in the late 80s.

This hotel was disgusting. The room smelled of mold, must, and old carpet. The whole hotel smelled like this.

The only thing convenient about this hotel was that it was close to the Casino.

Worst Holiday Inn experience ever. Dirty and in need of updating. We heard music all night long and thought it was loud neighbors only to find out the hotel plays music in its hallways. Shower curtain doesn’t close so bathroom floor gets soaked which explains why the metal door jamb flakes rust. The elevator was gross. When we let the staff know about shower and elevator, they showed no concern, and said lots of rooms have problems with the shower curtain not closing. It was a part of their 2010 remodel. 😂😂

Do not stay here. The ac didn't work and neither did the plumbing in both rooms. The first room was so bad I asked to switch..the 2nd room was worse. I paid 330 dollars for a sat night and it was a complete nightmare. Toilet overflowed twice with no toilet paper in it and the tub drain was clogged as well.

There really is not much to like about this old and outdated hotel. The staff were pleasant.

Not as clean as it could be, and there was not a microwave in our room. I was told by staff that not every room has a microwave. To be so close to Hershey Park and sports fields, every room should have a microwave to accommodate families and those who are traveling. Pools need to be tended too as well.

There was an event going on, so there were kids laying on the furniture throughout the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the Winner’s Circle Salon. It was a nice restaurant and very entertaining with the band and like dancing.
