- our room had two separate beds next to each other. But the bed had wheels. Bit annoying when trying to sleep next to your partner and you roll away. staff found a solution for this after a day though - might be bad luck but the time of cleaning the room was each time inconvenient

Hotel food was good. Location was good. The facility is a bit tired. Rooms were clean. Staff was pleasant. No real issues except that it is dated. Carpets were worn, dining room a bit sparsely furnished. Have no issues staying there. I just expected a more premium hotel from Radisson Blu.

One change since we were last at the hotel is that the restaurant is now only open Wednesday to Saturday and it is a forty-minute walk into Spa centre where most of the restaurants are located.

We’ve stayed here before and the hotel is clean, tidy, comfortable, with efficient, friendly and helpful staff. It has a range of facilities (most of which we don’t take advantage of) and plenty of car parking. On arrival we were upgraded and our room was spacious and comfortable with a large screen television and good Wi-Fi connection. The restaurant doesn't have a large menu, but the food (and wine) was good. Ideally located for Spa Francorchamps racing circuit.

Parking was v difficult. I have stayed before and it has always been fine. There was an event this time though and that didn’t leave enough room for non-event guests, which wasn’t reasonable.

Location is great, just a few mins drive from Spa town centre and about 15 from Francorchamps for the circuit. Staff are v friendly. Room and bed were comfortable.

How expensive it is for dogs (20 euros per dog, that’s enormous). The AC taking a lot of space in the room because it’s on the ground + but it does so much sound for almost nothing

The fact that the restaurant was closed at the time we visited was a pity but no big deal as the tapas was well made, just don’t expect to dine properly here.

Big free parking. Nice, clean showers and hammam. We read remarks about it being small but as a couple we thought it was just about right and comfortable considering the amount of other people there. Breakfast was rich and nice.

The Swimming Pool, Steam and Sauna rooms were an excellent way to relax. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

I think some things are a bit overpriced. But we just consume if we want.... Can't say a word about breakfast because it was not included... I found it very expensive for someone like me who does not eat much in the morning... so I decided not to try.

Location... in a beautiful area... Spa has a lot to offer. The hotel also offers very nice spaces to relax, even though I have not taken advantage of these. Very clean and comfortable beds.

When we check in , a deposit of 50 euros was blocked on the card . I stay 1 night . Deposit should have been unblocked where I check out. When I check out the employee at the reception said that their system did not work and therefore she could not unblock the deposit and when the sister worked the money would be returned. But when I checking the account my money was not blocked , but was written off from my card. I hope they come back !!

Access to the pool with children is first at 6pm possible, this is the time where children are supposed to go to sleep… and i don’t understand why we have to pay the same amount (17€/pers) if we use only it 4-5hours! The sink in our room was clogged
