As I recall breakfast area was on darker side. TV wasn’t on to watch news. Its the same breakfast that you have at any of your hotels. It felt like trying to save money anywhere possible.

It was something to eat in the morning. It did have coffee.

Shower had very little water pressure. Room could have been cleaner. Carpet seemed dirty. The hotel just seemed “tired”

Water pressure was terrible in the bathroom.

Staff was accommodating for our very late arrival. Room was clean and comfortable with lots of coffee, microwave and fridge.

The tub and toilet area was cramped and the very bright motion light in there was annoying

The staff was great. We had several humorous complications and the staff was helpful and enjoyed the humor with us. Staff was the best thing about the stay. The breakfast was good

Shower had no non slip precaution in it. My husband slipped and fell and hit his head on tub. Our room had no microwave. We couldn't have any more coffee filters until morning.

The bathroom had a motion detector light. I really hate motion detector lights in hotel bathrooms, because I find it much easier to get back to sleep after a 2 a.m. bathroom visit if the light stays off. I actually bring along a night light specifically so that I will not need to turn on the light in the bathroom. Not only was there a motion detector light, if you turned it off on your way into the bathroom, it would turn itself back on 30 seconds later. Just the WORST feature. Also, the charging port by my bed did not work -- I discovered this in the morning when my phone hadn't charged at all. I moved it over to the charging port by the desk, and that one didn't work either! I wound up plugging in a charger to an outlet to charge my phone. Which I could have done overnight, if I'd realized that the charging port wasn't working! Just not having a charging port at all is less annoying than having one that doesn't work. Finally, the listing claims this hotel offers a Japanese-style breakfast. The breakfast was just your regular old hotel buffet, with a waffle maker and muffins and yogurt. It was fine, but given the listing, a little disappointing. This should be updated.

The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the hotel has a nice outdoor pool. (We didn't use the pool because it wasn't that warm out, but it looked like it would be very pleasant on a hotter day.)

Air vents in window units had black mold. I cleaned them with my clorox wipes & then brought them down to show supervisor. Obviously, noone is checking vents! Mattress needs replacing--very soft & lumpy. Hotel looks old!

Check out was awful. I was told that I get email receipt but didn't. When I called to request one the person I talked with said his name was Patrick was awful, just rude. When I told him didn't have to speak to me like that Patrick reply you got your receipt check your email and hung up.
