Bathroom was cramped, the room's decor was somewhat outdated, and it all could have been a bit cleaner. Also, there were a number of randomly placed tables and chairs in the room, when I would have preferred one table/desk with chair plus a small couch.

The Inn was right next door to the best breakfast in Payson at the Beeline Cafe. The town lake was less than a mile away, with many other conveniences (Safeway, restaurants, etc.) within walking distance. I liked the kitchen/bar area with sink, frig, and micro. It also had a coffee maker, so it was convenient to mix up drinks and prepare snacks. There was no sink in the adjacent bathroom, but that was not a drawback for me.

Bit strange there was no wash hand basin in the bathroom ... just one sink in the kitchen area. Aircon was noisy

Noisy. Floor was so sticky... not sure what cleaner was used but it collected dirt and felt gross on bare feet. Toilet seat was very loose. No fan in bathroom... got too humid! Room looked nothing like the pictures shown for it online... those pictures showed a much larger room than what it actually was.

Good location. Shower was hot and good pressure. Parked near the room.

Not their fault, but Google maps took us to a rough road behind the property that didn't have access.

It was fine. It exceeded all it stood for and promised I wish it provided more information on restaurants, things to do and the knowledge of what Payson had to offer.

Although a breakfast is not provided, there is a nice cafe next door. I rode my motorcycle and staff allowed me to park it under the overhang by the office for shelter from the monsoon storm. Otherwise, I like this old style motel where you park you vehicle right outside your door. This place has been nicely renovated and maintained.

A/C was very noisy, was really humid in the room. Would be nice if they would leave the fridge on, it was on lowest setting and very warm. We brought food to put in it, had to wait a long time for it to get cool enough.

It was easy to get to and right next to the Beeline cafe. The bed was comfy.

Plainly, the hotel is old and it really needs some help outside, the mats at the door should have been thrown out yrs ago. The room lighting was not so hot, the sink in the bath was about as big as on a boat, TINY. toilet needed work on flush handle. Forgot to report it. I thought everything was clean until I spilled some liquid on floor and mopped with a towel and it was dirty!

This was about location, right next to main road and next to one of the best places for breakfast in town and a block from a good bar/restaurant; couldn't be better in Payson. Bed comfortable, it was roomy and had all the things I needed from microwave and small frig to decent TV and decent towels . The ice machine outside was good. Staff "on it". There was a nice two-page welcome letter with ideas of where to eat and go in Payson which was a nice touch. I liked the envelope for maid, I think people forget to tip them, so it was a gentle reminder. Lovely curtains and nice bed arrangement,
