More than 1 towel per son would be great. And please get bigger bath towels. The ones you currently have in the guest rooms are tiny. Smaller than the pool towels. The online photos of the pool area didn't match the reality of that actual pool area. I thought he was renovated, but it wasn't. We were.disappointed.

I appreciated the initial contact from the front desk to confirm my reservation and arrival time. The room and beds were mostly comfortable, but would appreciate if you provided additional mattress pads (on special request) for guests with back problems like me.

The parking lot had no lights at the side entrance which we used because it was closest to our first floor room. If I had known this, I would have requested a different room. My husband, tired from a long drive also did not want to move our things a second time. We parked in front of the side entrance to unload and it was very dark - the type of unsafe environment that should be avoided. The hotel was undergoing renovation, so this may be the reason for the lack of lighting.

Reasonably priced room found last minute driving through town. Bonus indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. Large mini fridge in room as well as microwave and small coffee maker. Attached restaurant had great breakfast menu.

There was a lot of construction going on, so it was noisy and dusty. Also, the restaurant on premise is a separate business, and while the food was decent, it was expensive.

The check in this visit was a little difficult, because they wanted to attach a $50 charge for early check in. That little practice needs to stop! I made it very clear that we never had that problem in the past. So after we had a little delay we were able to get into the room and the rest of the day was great!

The bed was comfy and the room was spacious and clean! We come here at least once a year. Love the Northern Pines restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is awesome and the lounge bar area is a blast!

I would not recommend a lower floor room if you truly need a quiet place to rest. The occupants directly above my room had a child that they allowed to run back and forth across the floor as well as jump on the floor and beds for several hours in the evenings. I stay in a lot of hotels as I travel for a living, and this was the worst issue I've had with noise in a very long time. I first tried banging on the ceiling myself to get them to stop, but that didn't have any effect and I finally had to call the front desk to address the situation. They did send someone up to the room immediately to talk to them, but I was told the occupants would not answer the door. When that didn't stop the problem, the front desk then called the room and finally spoke to the occupant who was told the noise levels were unacceptable. After 2 1/2 hours of having to listen to their child run rampant in the room, the occupants finally got the message that I'd had enough. Had the problem not been resolved, I would have had them move me to another, room, which I believe they would have done had I asked.

Room and property was exceptionally clean from the linens, floors, bathroom and furniture. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioner worked well. Property is currently being remodeled/renovated and the improvements to the rooms are very nice and noticeable. Property is in a good location, right off the freeway, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, gas stations and other businesses. Front desk staff were friendly, providing good recommendations for food and activities, and attentive when I had a problem with my upstairs neighbors being extremely loud and obnoxious. I will stay here again, but only on the third floor, so I can avoid having the noise issues in the future. I really enjoyed having the restaurant and bar right there on the property to have meals during my stay. The pool and spa looked inviting, but I did not utilize them during this stay as I forgot my swimsuit.

There’s some construction on the stucco so they’re almost totally like a brand new hotel but that’s not changing my rating, still 10/10.
