You need a swiming cap for the pool, even if you are bald which makes no sense. Buying the cheapest cap at the hotel is €9 for 1, which is a ridiculous price

The sauna didn’t work and the massage prices were 3 times as much as in Antalya

It was impeccably clean and high class. There was no shortage of wonderful and luxurious amenities. It had an amazing spa and pool and fully equipped gym as well.

Helpful staff, beautiful lobby and restaurant, super clean and nice pool. Breakfasts are legendary 😊 spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Would stay again if I visit Istanbul in future. Advice: try to get the sea view rooms - so beautiful especially at night.

Very nice and friendly staff, we felt so comfortable during our stay here. I would reccomend 10/10 and planning to stay here again when we visit Istanbul. The room was great and clean, pool was fantastic and the restaurants food was very good. Thank you for everything and making our stay unforgettable!!

The WiFi stops working or is sooooo slow around 9pm and multiple days people have to go to the front desk and use the management wifi which is still slow. They say multiple people are using it, but it’s EVERYDAY at 9pm i stayed for over a week and saw that pattern

It was an amazing property, friendly staff and really good facilities including gym, free sona, swimming pool, steam room and so on. Its a 4 star property and its showing the quality. The price is comparitively good price and good location for local transport. I loved the buffet breakfast which was amazing with a big dining area. I liked the view from my hotel which was having balcony, excellent property

The bathtub is old and hard to get out of, the tiles in the bathroom are moving, the TV is very old, the cocktails at the bar are excessively expensive and very bad. at breakfast you have to wait 15-20 minutes for some fried eggs. Centralized air conditioning impossible to adjust
