I could have used a little more countertop places with plugs by the bed but it wasn't a big deal.

The room was excellent with fridge and microwave. I could have used more plugs near the bed but it wasn't a big deal. River in the back of the facility was a huge plus for kids to enjoy the river right by the hotel. Having ice machine helped us have a very cold ice water in the thermo for the hike in Zion. The shuttle number is 7 and almost everyone gets on the shuttle at shuttle number 6, we were able to have a seat on the but to Zion visitor center without a problem. The breakfast was basically free every day at Oscar's cafe and they had excellent breakfast for adults and kids. Supermarket and eating places near by. I would def stay at this place again.

We saw a couple of dead flies near the window, saw a spider on the bed, and saw another bug in the bathroom.

Location - 10 minute drive to Zion, 5 minute drive to restaurants and stores (or can eat at the restaurant connected to the hotel - King’s Landing), the property had a beautiful backyard, open grassy area, and the Virgin River right behind the hotel.

Driftwood Lodge was on the shuttle route to Zion National Park, so a car wasn't necessary to travel to the park. The room was spacious and comfortable and the property was convenient to Springdale restaurants and shops.

Wow what a gorgeous property. We stayed in a deluxe with mountain view and patio. The room was large and very clean. The grounds were absolutely amazing. It was hard to motivate ourselves to Zion when the hotel was so peaceful and gorgeous. Deer every night in the yard, so many stars, and the river to swim in. The shuttle stop is right outside.

The porch door had a lock and looked like others may have closed behind them, locking themselves out of the room, having then to force the door open. Around the door shows signs of ware.

Easy hotel to find, check-in was pain free, easy to find room. The view was of the virgin river!

Liked the breakfast coupon for Oscar’s. Very good value. Kings Landing restaurant on the property was excellent. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Wonderful views. Cleaning staff did a great job. I will stay at the Driftwood Lodge on my next visit to the Zion area.

The sulfur smell of well water.

Liked the location with views of Zion Canyon and river. Deer visited grass near back patio of room. Location near Springdale shuttle stop 7, bus not croweded. Staff were excellant and kind.

There were only two chairs and end table in the front room. Would be nice to have a small couch.

The view was outstanding! The room was very comfortable. We ate at the Bistro and the food and service was excellent!

I prefer carpeted floors in the bedroom but the LVP or laminate (not sure which) was attractive and in good shape. The parking was unassigned, and we arrived late and had to park some distance from our room. However, the walkways were well lit and we managed just fine with rolling suitcases.

The view from room looked out to a creek and mountains and was pleasant and very private. We had a ground floor room but heard no noise from above. The room's decor was clean and simple but with warm woods - I loved it. The bathroom was spacious with separate tub and large shower. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful. The location next to a shuttle stop to go into Zion NP was perfect. The hot tub was an added plus . The front desk staff person was so nice and saved us from taking a wrong turn using google maps - I called to verify and he led me back in the right direction.

Breakfast in the hotel would have been a plus as the breakfast café was quite far and at least ten minutes walk away. However, the breakfast offerings were very good. Cockroaches spotted on the floor of Oscars however. Location of hotel was quite far from the park entrance so you had to be organised due to parking constraints in the park so have to leave early or leave extra time for using the town shuttle.

The views were great; rooms a good size and beds comfortable; restaurant had good food and service a dégréât staff.

Location was very convenient, the views of the mountains amazing, and we enjoyed the late hours of pool & jacuzzi that we could walk to. Unfortunately we arrived late so we could not enjoy sitting in the jacuzzi and taking in the views, but it was still overall a very pleasant experience. The communication with the staff prior to our arrival was very friendly.
