The middle night stand light didn't work and the outlets attached didn't work and the phone didn't work so in order to talk to the staff we had to walk to the front desk

Bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well from previous stays and pillows were a bit lumpy - they’re under construction but they’re doing best they can to keep the aesthetics up. Breakfast in the morning was just okay, had to wait awhile for refills and limited options (our stay they had pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage and home fries with a few cereal options)

Location was fantastic for busch gardens & water country. AC was great in the rooms, cooled down the room quickly. Staff were kind and helpful.

Renovation to the pool and the pool should be done in the off season. Even though the renovations were occurring, the hotel was still clean and dust free. So, I commend the staff for that. The breakfast was the same each day. The sausage was cold.

There were dogs barking in the rooms on your floor. The hallway smelled horrible and made us nauseous every time we went in and out. Also, the hotel is under construction which I don’t actually mind as much because you need to renovate to improve, but because of this the pool as drained and they didn’t have everything for breakfast. I wish they had said something on the website about the pool not being available.

There is only one elevator on the wrong side for our room. No snake bar. Breakfast was terrible. Worst I have ever had.

It was under renovation but it wasn’t listed on the site. It also has a foul smell at the elevator and open doors showing construction.

They serve hot breakfast and a variety of professionals stayed. So it felt safe.

Under construction, the staff is completely different, the previous staff was diverse and very friendly and nice. The new staff did not speak in the hallways when they were cleaning rooms. It was a different energy. We have stayed at that location 3 to 4 times. I do not think I will be back.

Undergoing updates in main lobby so if feels a little weird but it’s necessary so not big deal.

the hotel is in renovation as of 05/14/2024. It seems that the staff is very helpful even after having these shortcomings to improve the experience of the customers once the hotel is renovated then the experience should improve futher

The air did not work right and the TV was not working right. a lot of construction going on..hanging wires.

The best were comfortable but the air was off and on in our room and there was a lot of construction going on in the hotel. our TV was not working right. So there were some quirks along the way but everyone was very nice there.

The location was away from town so you have to drive everywhere. Only one set of elevators working which was a little inconvenient. The elevator was smelly, kinda like burnt hair or oil.. our sink was somewhat stopped up, couldn't run the water long or the water would puddle up..

We could hear every word of the couple's conversation in the room next to ours.

Good breakfast with multiple hot options. Location was quiet and close for our historical triangle trip.

Carpets are heavily stained, thick dust on tables in hallways. Pool wasn’t open. Pictures online give a different idea of what the hotel looks like.

Super close to Busch Gardens and everywhere else we were going. Room was clean. Breakfast was decent for a complimentary hotel breakfast.

The hotel is clearly going under renovations currently and this was not stated anywhere online (as far as I could tell) when booking. There were exposed pipes, lots of mystery stains and liquid, and overall the facilities of the hotel itself felt very run down. Our rooms were supposed to be adjoined with a connecting door but they were not, although our first room had a connecting door that was nailed shut. It had a very ominous vibe. The walls were paper thin so we could hear lots of noise coming from the room next to us. Thankfully the front desk staff were able to help us get moved to a different room that was quieter.

The staff were very kind and helpful when checking in and also helped us when problems arose. The two rooms I booked were overall comfortable and suited our needs for the trip. The lobby was nice and it’s clear that they are putting work into making this hotel better and more updated.

The beds were comfortable but seemed smaller than double beds offered by other hotel chains. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Main issue was the mildew on the bottom of the shower curtain. I wouldn't have that shower curtain in my house if I had company staying over.

The staff and free breakfast was nice. They are updating the hotel so it should be nice soon. The location was convenient to colonial Williamsburg and busch gardens.
