Bathroom was not very clean. Pillows on sofa was soiled.

Tv could have been updated. Pool was closed. Shower curtain had multiple stains, there was hair in the tub of our shower. Bathroom is very small not much room to even turn around in, Faucet had gunk around the rim. There was a chair next to the bed that had a huge stain on it. An outlet was literally hanging out of the wall next to one of the beds. Air Conditioning could have been colder seemed to stay at one temp no matter how much you moved it.

Property is very close by to Busch Gardens and Water Country which was the purpose of our trip. Beds were comfortable, microwave and fridge accessible.

Room lighting. Better breakfast management. Room configuration.

We slept very well but the room, shared by three, was very small - smaller than any other hotel I have stayed at previously. Very few outlets and most were being used to power the room lamps, tv, clock, etc. We had to unplug most room accessories for our hair dryers, curling irons, charging cables, etc. Another room issue was the configuration of the desk and mirror. There was not a mirror over the desk so we could sit, do our hair and make up. We had to stand in front of the only mirror and only had a very small space for our hairdryer/makeup bag/etc. on the dresser that the TV sat upon. No overhead lights and floor and table lamp were about 20 watt bulbs. VERY dim room. A/C worked great & the climate was very comfortable. Breakfast the first two mornings was great. When the weekend arrived and the hotel was full, however, they ran out of EVERYTHING - eggs, sausage/meat, sweeteners, milk (for the cereal), napkins. There was waffle mix but the manager had to leave and purchase two large jugs of syrup. No butter. No fruit. Only waffles, dry cereal and coffee. They watered down the orange juice so it would last longer and they added WAY TOO MUCH water. Made it undrinkable and we saw many full cups being thrown away, it was that bad. BUT - we can survive anything and we got to spend our cash on FUN and not on a hotel. YAY! And again, we slept well and that is NOT a given, even in very expensive hotels. So HUGE bonus for that. And we all managed to shower, change and get ready even with the cumbersome set up. We would stay there again and bring two surge protectors with multiple outlets. Maybe even some 60 watt (or higher) light bulbs ;-) Mini kitchen of refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker; all worked great. There was sufficient closet space and REAL hangers. The housecleaning staff were outstanding. Kudos for all they do every day.

During breakfast, there were no stuff members who would clean tables or areas around food serving areas. Coffe was terrible,tasted deluted. No hand sanitizer is available.

The price of stay is affordable. Clean room. Breakfast is included in your stay. Selection of breakfast items needs to be extended. One morning, meat was served next to eggs. The hotel location is in close proximity to the Williamsburg visiting center, where you can leave your car at no charge and get on a free bus shuttle, which brings you to the town historic center.

I had a good stay. Only thing I didn't not like was room service didn't clean my room daily and when they took the wash cloths I didn't get any back for the last 2 night.

The rooms, especially the bathrooms, lack a lot of proper finishings. Cracks in the wall. Gaping holes in the wall under the vanity. Discolored caulk and tile grout. It just made it feel like things are not clean. I want to be clear that the staff were friendly and I believe they did their best. However, the dining area wasn't kept clean. In part guests are also to blame as they don't take care to properly clean after themselves. The luggage carts are in bad shape. This is an issue at so many hotels.

The location was good. The staff were friendly. The rooms are spacious and the beds were comfortable. The heating and cooling worked well. The lobby area was neat and clean.

Mold in the shower. There was hair on the wash rags, towels, and bathroom sink. There is no new roll of toliet paper.

The first thing we noticed was the smell of cigarette smokein our room and since we had a toddler with us, we felt the need to aerate the room.

Unfortunately they were doing some repairs on the water system so the hot water. They did end up refunding our stay which we were very surprised about.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the stay was clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great! Location was exactly where we needed to be and our dog was welcomed by the staff!

Our room had mold growing by the bathtub and up the wall near the bathroom door. I’m highly allergic to mold which made for a poor trip for me. I was sick with a migraine and congestion the entire stay.

It was located close to Busch gardens.

The a/c unit was moldy and caused breathing difficulty for our family (coughing , sneezing, wheezing, and stuffy nose.)

Breakfast was excellent and the hostess & host were very friendly and inviting and asked if we needed anything else ! They both were amazing. ( Sorry I don't remember their names but I'm sure you can look up the dates we stayed to acknowledge them.)

Rooms didn’t seem up to date; there was rust in the room and found a few spiders in my room. We were disappointed considering this hotel is suppose to be a suite, etc

This is an older motel and we probably could have found something newer in the same price range. But the staff were great and we were comfortable.

Breakfast didn’t have a lot choices and the staff that works in the kitchen was rude. The bathroom on my room was making a lot of noise of water dripping, the sink was clogged, bathroom floor and mirrors really dirty All 5 ice machine wasn’t working.

First room smelled like wet carpet Second room I was moved to had ants real bad Third room smelled like animals and wet carpet but I was tired of moving rooms so I just stayed in the third room
