The queen room was very simple and outdated. The beds seemed old and were a bit uncomfortable, and so was the bedding. The pillows were the worst: super thin and clearly overused. The interior appearance was lacking and not very warm even when everything worked well. The TV didn't work but I didn't care since it was too small to enjoy from either bed. The staff was a bit deceiving and attempted to sign me up for a timeshare presentation. I think they should just have a stand promoting timeshares for those interested rather than using shady tactics. It didn't bother me much because I simply didn't go, but I didn't appreciate the tactic.

I liked the convenience of having a quiet room and a pool really close by with no loud crowds and a very flexible schedule. The facilities are really well maintained overall. There's ample parking too. I also liked we could enjoy any other part of the resort: pools, water park, movie theater, etc., all located nearby.

Receptionist explain wifi password at check-in and not trick you into encounter with timeshare staff. Didnt like not being able to close curtains in the room

I needed help with the grill called the front and even though they said someone would come help us to wait there, no one came and like 30-45 minutes passed. Also a pipe burst when we were watching a movie and instead of the guy at the front letting us know, my husband felt water on his shoe. So he got his shoe dirty with pipe water. The whole place smelled like poop. That’s how we noticed and let everyone who was in there know. Also the room we stayed in had a funky smell. It also sucks that the laundry uses quarters bc if you don’t have any change you have to go to the store to make some.

The property is located in a good place. There is a lot of stuff near by.

Buccaneers play area was not for the age needed. I have grandkids that are 11 and 12 and there wasn’t too much for them to do. But overall we still had an awesome time.

The only thing I didn't like was that, no one phoned my room the morning I left. And I had asked the night before that someone ring my room in the morning at 5:30am. Nobody called to wake me up at that time, which was disappointing because I almost didn't wake up in time for the Breakfast. Luckily I did wake up in time for the Breakfast.

I liked the Breakfast in the morning, but would have loved a little more selection of other Breakfast items added to the current selection you already have.

Front desk does not open until 7am. So we arrived at 6am off our overnight flight and had to wait an hour to be checked in and get a room. We were exhausted and were under the impression we could check in at anytime like other places. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and would take an hour to drain. It was annoying to all have to brush our teeth in the morning and wash our hands. We started washing out hands and brushing our teeth in the shower to avoid that.

I like all the pools and amenities.

I didn’t have hot water until I left. The washers are not updated; they still take quarters; there was no change machine in the wash room.

They have everything you need on site as far as entertainment: pool, water playground, movie theater, craft center, zip line…close to groceries and shopping centers…walking distance.

There is NO phone reception in or around the hotel, breakfast was more grab and go stuff like muffins and bagels, and there is no restaurants on site. Shower wasnt adjustable so water was too hot.

I liked how spacious the room was, the halls were quiet for the most part, staff was friendly as well, and the property was clean.
