Dated. In need of maintenance. Hate the plastic screen on the welcome desk. Pool was closed which was a big let down because it was super hot on our trip. Breakfast was pretty thin on selection. Key cards failed every day no matter how I kept care of them. The shower was hot with a ton of pressure. But the shower head was generic and unadjustable, so it was more like piercing water pics. And it was a weird corner shower, so your in it awkwardly. Hard to explain unless you’re in it. There was many unpleasant smells. The A/C unit became very noisy on our last night. It was bad enough that I couldn’t sleep.

It was average at best. Kinda what I would expect bare minimum. Staff was friendly, not overly so.

The pool wasn't open and the coffee pot in the room didn't have a craft. Ask front desk for one and he said the rooms didn't have coffee pots. Housekeeper didn't know either.

Breakfast was good and tasty. Location is right by the highway if you have to travel.

Very jaded and basic facilities. Someone was smoking weed nearby....you could smell it. The front desk staff were inattentive.

I didn't like that the pool wasn't filled we had a bullet hole in our window you had to go all the way down to the first floor for ice there was only one kind of sugar at their so-called got little breakfast

The breakfast was mainly for kids cereal and milk toast oatmeal coffee orange juice it could have least been some hard-boiled eggs and waffles a Danish we came down at 9:30 and it was already closed

Property seemed to be under construction or renivation, but we were not told when making reservations. Booking.com listed property with breakfast, and they did not have breakfast. rooms were ok, but no front door on lobby let cold air in most of the time. on the back of bathroom door it had a motel 6 sticker. again we were not told

The rooms were DIRTY and hot. The AC took forever to cool it off. WiFi was terrible. Housekeeping didn't leave towels for us our last night there. No coffee pot or microwave. No kitchen that I could find. They charged me an extra $75 for my pets but the room was dirty when we got in. Wiped up some spilled water off the floor and the towel we used was covered in dirt. The floors were gross and the pool was inoperable and disgusting. The walls were paper thin and we could hear every toilet flush and shower turn on. The dogs were on edge and they are normally perfectly comfortable and well behaved.

The location was far enough from all the hustle and bustle and close to the attractions we went there for.

The room was neat. However, the hotel is under renovation, so the pool was closed; the site said it includes breakfast, no breakfast, no fridge in the room or microwave, but the staff offered a microwave in the lobby. The staff was cleaning around 8-9 pm the noise from the vacuum awakened me around 845pm. Also, the other guest was extremely loud in the hallway. Once the renovation is complete, the guest's stays will be an enjoyable and better experience. However, while it is under renovations, the hotel is clean. The website should inform guests that the hotel is under renovations.

There was an accident and I needed a new fitted sheet but was told I couldn’t get one unless I got the whole room clean but I didn’t need one because I just checked in hours ago from working.
