We upgraded to a room for people with mobility issues as my husband has two bad knees and severe arthritis and they named a flat fee for the upgrade, but didn't mention that this fee would be for both nights, so when I went to check out, I owed another 27 dollars, so the upgrade wasn't 27, it was 54 dollars. I just wish they would have given me the total price instead of the price for one night. Also, the room we were in is supposed to be wheelchair accessible and most of the room was, but if anyone is in there with a wheelchair they're going to have a very hard time going out onto the porch because of the large lip for the door track and the fairly large step down. There should be a ramp at least for them to go down. My husband even had a hard time and he's not in a wheelchair.

The view was nice, the room very comfortable with a small seating area to watch TV, ( we were there Superbowl weekend ), or just look out at the lake. The restaurant was nice, the food was excellent, and service great.

There was no way to go out and see the lake. The place could use a fire pit or two and a hot tub for evening entertainment.

We were on the first floor and had someone above us that had dogs. All we heard all night was loud stomping and barking. The dogs were out on the balcony at times and were even louder!

Although the room was clean all the other areas was not; the was a dingi feeling. The hotel is beautifully located on a lake but....you can't swim or let your dog swim. In addition there was a surprise $50 charge for my dog. I prepaid for this hotel and no where it was stated that I will be charged for my dog.

The rooms were not very sound proof, we could hear the people walking above us in their room. Also the room doors don’t seal, the light from the hallway comes in around the door, as well as any voices ect in the hall comes right into the rooms. Including Netflix would be a bonus.

Breakfast was ready at 6 am, with a great selection of food and drink including gluten free items ! They used IVY as a digital concierge, that was a nice touch, we used it to have coffee pods delivered to our room when we were out ! The hotel was very clean, and staff friendly.

Poor noise insulation..could easily hear people above us and in hallway. I think a crock pot of homemade oatmeal with various toppings would be well received. Do not like instant packaged oatmeal. Did appreciate hard boiled eggs.

When we booked the accommodation through booking.com the pictures and information of the room was misleading, we expected to have a room overlooking the lake!!!! Not so we were given a room looking out onto the carpark and the road! When I spoke to the staff they said it would be another $50 to have a lakeside view. This was a very disappointing outcome and I think Booking.com were responsible for this occurrence with misleading information and the staff were not particularly helpful or sympathetic with the outcome.

The inside of the room was very comfortable and the breakfast was lovely.
