Price. It was Homecoming, I think this hotel, just like all the other ones, were price gouging ($300-$400) a night, in Albany Ga. Those are Atlanta prices, for way better rooms.

Needs an update. Bathroom shower was clean but you still saw rust mold in the caulk. Toilet was clean, yet still looked dingy. Water pressure was less desirable. Room was big, clean. GREAT STAFF.

I specifically wanted and picked an indoor heated pool with a hot tub next to it. I called the hotel before booking and was told both were heated and functional. We got there expecting this of course. The pool is not heated and the hot tub has been completely removed from the facility. Kids and my back muscles were both very very disappointed.

This room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was great! Way more and tastier than expected. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was quiet and around nice restaurants. Oh and sauna is nice.

The person that was on the floor above me walked all night and they must have been a heavy person it was very distracting.

The handicap room was disappointing. We were unable to get in the shower and getting in the bed was challenging. The pool lift was missing pieces and didn’t work. It appears it hasn’t worked in a long time

Reception clerk was a bit slovenly ad was not around when we saw other guests checking in. The room was fine, but a parking lot/roadway view. There was no hairdryer, so the wife was a bit put off. The breakfast was, well, to be kind, very disappointing. An email I received after confirming the reservation advised the breakfast was a "grab and go" due to safety and health reason. That would have been WAY better than what was presented. Staff and management should be embarrassed!

Good price, room was clean and the pillows soft. Ahhhh, that is about it!

The beds and pillows are uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok . Would like to see more of a variety and the juice machine is dispensing too much water into the juices making them taste watered down

I didn't like running out of money and having to leave

I'm a homeless war veteran living in my car so on payday, I'm able to get a hotel room for comfort, rejuvenate myself. My stay here was great. The first thing I did was take a long hot bath. And then I showered. The bathroom towels and rags were very soft and plentiful. The toiletries were to my liking and it was very clean. The next thing I did after I was clean, was get in the bed. I instantly melted from the softest bed and pillows and comforter and sheets I had ever felt in my entire life. I turned on the TV to find a show to watch, and all I remember is opening my eyes and the sun was out. I had fell victim to the overwhelming comfort that my body had needed so so bad. I wasn't even mad that I didn't get the chance to enjoy actually being in a room and not outside in my car. i opened my eyes and felt a little joy and maybe a little sadness that it would end soon. All in all,I absolutely loved my stay. I loved the cleanliness, the bathroom, the hot water, sound proof walls or so I thought, the huge window, tv and fridge, it actually had a closet. I loved it

The let out sofa bed was broke so myself and my kids had to bunch up in the queen beds. The table outlet did not work, so I woke up with my device battery dead. The tub was rusted around the top. The curtains was ripped.

The location was great. Have different store in the same area. Very convenient!

It was a tired looking room. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The beds were not as comfortable as expected. The room needs updating. I could hear the upstairs room.

It was in a convenient location for us at the time. Breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant.
