That our vacation had to come to an end and we had to leave!

It was more than expected! Facilities were clean, staff was friendly and would bend over backwards to assist you. The room on the 5th floor was great! We'd eat breakfast at sunrise and view starlit skies in the evening. There were lots of things to do from mini golf (Pirate Island) just down the road to watching live bands and the local eatery (The Sandbar)

Minor stuff. Having bikes to borrow vs. rent would have been nice. Did not appreciate being asked to strip linens, take out trash, etc.

The three bedroom villa we had was very spacious inside, but had hardly any balcony. You could barely fit four people on it when the entire room would hold up to eight. Friends of ours had a one bedroom very nice and a balcony you could put 15 people on so I’m not sure what’s up with that. You might want to double check how big the balcony is if you’re a balcony person. The only complaint I could have on our room itself the iron and board was crap and unusable, and there were no beach towels, even though our friends had beach towels in their room so double check your amenities as well prior to arriving.

It was a beautiful property with a beautiful wooded look out the back windows. Very spacious very comfortable for up to six people. And you can fit eight if you can find anybody who wants to sleep on a pullout sofa.

Facility was family friendly. Good variety of activities for all ages; Wine and cheese tasting for adults, Momosa one morning, adult games and hand on games/activities for youth. You were also able to rent umbrellas, beach chairs and a cart for the beach through the resort.

We loved the location, the roomy apartment with a nice view and friendly staff. Really nice pool area. The resort is set in a lovely wooded area with a lagoon. One of the highlights was the wildlife. Very close to everything, Coligny Plaza, restaurants, bars and the beach. Highly recommend this resort.

No elevator and lack of parking passes for family members that live on the island to have dinner at our place. and we went to 2 places to check in... and the third place run around was not necessary... fix this issue The title or description of the rental did not mention stairs and did not mention Shipyard neighborhood.

Very loud washer/dryer, everyday someone was smoking pot off their balcony so we couldn’t enjoy being outside on ours, staff stated their wasn’t anything they could do even though you could see the person outside smoking it. Also the master suite near the balcony needed additional shade for windows. The sun woke us up every morning.

Very spacious and clean, the ac worked exceptionally well even with the hot temps outside.

We experienced lag on our devices late in our stay. Electrical outlet worked intermittently. Did not hold a plug. Fan and light in the back bathroom had a short and loud clacking noise. Headboard in the same room creaked every time we moved in bed. Also, banged the wall.

Same old complaints People come down and reserve pool chairs with towels and then leave so when your looking for a place by the pool we had to walk to a different pool for seating. Parking some days was tuff to find if you came back late at night.

We had a perfect 3 bedroom located at 5715 right across from the pool and the walkway to the Umbrella pool was next to the parking door exit. This is our 4th time visiting this location. Love how everything is accessible just by walking. Expecting another grand baby by December so hopefully will be back in a couple of years.
