“This hotel shows as 2 star in sone websites, definitely a 3 star in my opinion. Clean, comfortable, spacious lobby, good facilities. No on-site parking, but I found space in the next street to park, and the car was ok for 3 days. Good size room, breakfast not very exciting..but ok. Excellent location, 5 mins walk to subway. Will use next time.”
“HOSPITALITY - all staff made me comfortable and feel welcome. This is special because this hotel is in an intense urban location where the patience of saints is required all the time. Front Desk Manager Dina is exceptional; Holiday Inn is fortunate she is their team leader. RESERVED PARKING - with lots of congested traffic, this Holiday Inn offers the rare option of reserved nearby garage parking. Allow extra time for auto drop-off and pickup. The parking attendants are impressive moving autos like magicians.”
“Had a pool table, sound proofed windows, nice bathroom, cable tv, nice lighting, comfy big bed and pillows. The location is just okay, it’s close to the subway station but to be honest I don’t think I’d feel safe walking around the area after dark. Not as much police presence as in the city. Not a whole lot around the area. Checking in was easy and the man at the desk was helpful and enthusiastic. We were able to store our bags the day of check in and check out. The cleaning/ maintenance staff also had a very positive attitude and greeted us with a smile whenever we passed.”
“The location is amazing, so close to everything and vibrant neighbourhood. The decor is lovely inside and the room was new and fresh, the beds were super comfortable and so were the bed dressing. We enjoyed all the coffee we had at the bar in the lobby. The downstairs lobby was a great space with both good vibes and great are for working too, the view on top is fantastic!”
“Very little. Rooms utterly minimal and badly provided. Towels tiny bathroom minimal for 2 people.”
“Staff were friendly & location to the subway was good”
“The position of the hotel is very good: 10 minutes walk to the metro station and then one stop to Grand Central Station. The breakfast is very good and the room is big, nice and comfortable.”
“perfect location, adequate rooms with great common spaces like rooftop/working space.”
“Staff are all friendly and helpful
Laundry was free to use
Common waiting room / work space is spacious”
