Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Greecethe negatives are that we booked it through booking and chose to pay cash. when we arrived at the hotel luckily we were served quickly although we knew that check-in is at 14:00. but when we went to pay the person in charge told us that he didn't have change to give us and he kept it. the room was relatively good. quite clean. the beds were good a bit uncomfortable and hard. it had a view of the open air of course. the big problem is that there were only two outlets to charge our mobiles one of which was not working.for breakfast we went down at 8:45. but it was very bad, the buffet was almost empty.
we chose this particular hotel to stay in istanbul. the positives are that it is close to the center within 5 minutes from the metro station and the center of Taksim. there you can find many nice shops for food and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. We had warm water.

There wasn’t that much of options in the breakfast and it was just some cereal and boiled eggs and some other stuff but there was no cooked eggs for example omelet or any beans or even fruits to offer at the breakfast which was very upsetting to me because breakfast costed me approximately around 40$ for 2 guests and it’s not what I expected from this hotel and I’m very disappointed in the breakfast compared to other hotels in the area the breakfast is lacking many things and it needs the management attention immediately. Also to add there was no napkins on the table to clean ur hands or anything if needed !!!

United KingdomFirst the price was high. Expected to pay city prices but this was not value for money. The standard of cleanliness was very poor. Sheets and towels weren't changed every 2 days as advertised. The bathroom was not cleaned every day, missing lightbulbs and lights not working, TV only showing Turkish channels. And a general poor standard of room maintenance. The whole hotel needs upgrading and cleaning and reception needs to be more welcoming. First impressions are really important.
The location of the hotel was excellent. The breakfast was good but not varied and after 10 days stay, became very boring

The service was very good, the staff is friendly and helpful, especially the manager Erdem, he can fix problems and make things simple and clear. Behnaz is amazing, this lady is very helpful and very kind. Salma also, she speaks 4 languages which is helping everyone with having a good communication. Serhat is so kind. Btuhan and Hekmat are kind and very nice as well. Faten was smiling with all gustes and trying to make us happy during the breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone for staying in Istanbul.
