This hotel is right next to air force bases, so we had many big low flying large aircraft going over and doing circles nearby, even after midnight, so noise is the biggest factor here.

Our bathroom ceiling was leaking and looked like it had water damage that has been building for a while. Also our second day was already paid for but we had to get new room keys to get into our rooms

The staff were nice and accomodating. The beds were comfortable

I stayed two nights and only had one glass. I used the coffee maker in my room. When I returned that everything I did not have any glass or coffee for the in room coffee maker.

The bed was very comfortable, lighting was good, and room was clean.

Thin walls. Other guests talking loud and slamming doors woke me up very early (6 am). Unable to open curtains since someone was sitting out in their truck. I was concerned they could see into the window.

Ease of check-in and able to do it early. Bed was spacious and comfortable.

Air conditioner was very noisy due to the fan bearing going out and beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Clean rooms and decent decor. Laundry services on site were very helpful and payment options were credit card, app, and quarters.

The fridge didn't work very well so we needed to keep all our food in the freezer.

The staff was excellent and the room had an entire kitchen which was wonderful. The room was nice and cool and didn't have too much of a smell!

The room has grease of some type on the floor and I slipped and hit my head and my boyfriend slipped. It just didn’t feel very clean in the bathroom/sink area.

We liked the overall location and the beds were decent as well as the overall newer sinks.

The fridge wasn't cold so we had to put everything in the freezer. The ground wasn't very clean, but we just kept our shoes on. Nothing too bad!

The room was way bigger than expected and had a full kitchenette. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Based on the reviews I was expecting much worse, but the room was quite decent.

It was really plain so don't expect anything fancy. The "breakfast" was wrapped pastries and juice but they didn't stop me when I took several back to the room to eat them. My biggest negative is that they required a hundred dollar deposit in addition to the coat, but they did release that right back to us.

I worried about the neighborhood when we arrived buy we didn't have any problems. Reasonable quiet. There's nothing fancy, but it also wasn't scuzzy. It met the need for a bed and a shower.

I didn't like the customer service for example they forgot to give me towels earlier in the day so when I came back from work after midnight and asked for towels they told me I had to wait untill room l came at 11am.

I like that I could stay in my room when needed and relax without being bothered.

Lol continental breakfast included a pastry and chewy granola bar. Coffee machine was broke in my room only reason I went to the breakfast.

The breakfast is a joke, a plastic wrap Danish or a small costco breakfast bar! The tv was broken with lines running through it. When told front desk person she just shrugged it off. The toilet seat did not fit base and had to be up to open door. Dirty hand print on ceiling in the bathroom. Missing light bulb in nightstand light. Heater unit was broken up and burnt mark on top. Microwave had bad odor. They also placed a hold on the card even though it pay at the property. The rate they charged online was $30 more than if you checked in without a reservation.

Easy to find and on off the highway . They give you a discount slip for the dirty food trucks out front if you like that stuff. They have a designated smoking area for smokers

The room was clean BUT needs a deep clean in bathroom around the edges and the toilet needs repair. The worst was the cheap plastic mattress cover…made for a terrible sleep.
