“People there must love their job. You can see that in every details. Location is great for us too. It is not in the center but still has good connection. In fact it’s next to the mountain which is a big plus for us. It’s also next to Tian Mu Li where we found many good restaurants and cafe. I would choose this hotel again if I ever go back to Hangzhou”
“The view is great; you can see the whole city. The staff told me this is the old town, so there aren’t many tall buildings. However, I find it quite different. Asia is indeed different from Europe. There are many people everywhere, and there's a lot of food everywhere. I tried some, and it’s completely different from Chinese food in the UK. There’s a HALAL noodle shop downstairs, which I really like, and it’s very cheap. If you need to exchange some RMB, you can find a bank within a few minutes’ walk. You can also use Alipay; it seems that for small amounts, there are no extra fees, but for amounts over a few hundred RMB, there is an additional charge. So, you can try making small payments each time.”
“Location is good. Very convenient with the subway right in front of the hotel. The subway is convenient to many areas like the night markets and Airport or even the high speed train station.
The front desk staff were superb. Very helpful with the directions to all the travel spots as well as our special needs.

“We caught a rainy period and the location of the hotel was a great advantage, from the hotel there is a direct exit to Futian Market district 2, easy to reach in any direction on the 2nd floor of the market. The breakfast is varied and the restaurant is spacious, so there is always a place to sit. The hotel is wide and airy, it has 2 restaurants, one with a Chinese menu, another with a European menu, for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is pleasant in the Hotel, the background music is classic, the hotel living room has a bar and a relaxation/meeting/study area. The staff is very kind and they speak English, which is a big advantage. I called the reception 4 times, each time the answer was responsive and very helpful. At check out I asked for an invoice for the company, I received it quite quickly. Every evening there is a free taxi that goes to a nearby shopping mall and the Night Market. It offers pleasant benefits and the hotel's policy is customer-oriented, which is a professional approach. I called the reception 4 times, each time the answer was responsive and very helpful. I recommend this Hotel, I visited the city for more than 8 years, and I had different experiences. I will definitely come back here again! I hope to maintain the level.”
