“The room is too dark, the fan was off so the shower is damp. Should mention the staff are super helpful. They really care about the guests. It is only the darkness the decor that I mind and fan can break sometimes. Overall it is liveable hotel. Breakfast was good.”

“Beautiful hotel. Right next to the metro so we were able to get to anywhere in Vienna very easily but don’t worry the rooms are sound proofed enough that you don’t really hear the metro at night. The room was cleaned everyday and everyone we met at the reception were super nice and helpful. We were able to store our bags after checkout which was very convenient.”
