We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Indigo. It's stylish, comfortable and we especially loved all the plants everywhere . We also appreciated that the room was air conditioned since it was very hot when we were there. The location was perfect for us near the Naschmarkt and close to public transportation which is excellent in Vienna. The staff was exceptional, everyone was super friendly and helpful!

I was disappointed that the restaurant was not open for dinners. We ordered food from the bar menu, but not really a meal. Also was disappointed to book this hotel close to a year earlier and be put in a room on the main road out the front, no pretty central garden to look at like the images.

We had a rollercoaster of a stay and not because of the hotel. My child was very sick and the staff were fantastic. They helped us with getting a Dr in ASAP. We ended up spending 2/3 days at the hotel unable to go anywhere due to my child being sick. Good location, room service was fine. Room and hotel were very well decorated and styled, very chic. Great location to the train many grocery shops, chemist all within walking distance.

Ok so this hotel was outstanding!!! Fantastic staff (Klaudia, Melanie, the Greek girl (Effrosym?? SO sorry!) and Mirko at the restaurant) were super kind and always ready to help! Across the street from Pilgramgasse metro. Walking distance/or two stops from the center…. You MUST go to a classical or opera concert once you’re there! Amazing large well-designed rooms…. Best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen! Great coffee shops / small grocery store nearby…. Also awesome alternative record shop a block away. I hope to return!

Calm hotel with beautiful decor and room window looks at these beautiful plants and what I loved the most is that there is a small balcony you can just sit in and relax. Plus they were very accommodating when I asked for an early check in and late check out

Hotel is still new, only 2 years. Staff and facilities are superb and very clean rooms. The overall ambience is relaxing and stylish, breakfast is very nice with good amount of selection.

Our mattress was a little too soft and we would have loved a couch in the room.

The atmosphere at the hotel is very welcoming. There are many plants and flower pots in all public spaces. The architecture is unique. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is very professional and friendly. I like the hotel’s commitment to sustainable living.

The only disadvantage was that the TV in the room had German Speaking channels only. The only English speaking channels were for News. Nothing with movies. Otherwise everything else were excellent.

The hotel doesn’t provide daily housekeeping, and it wasn’t clear for us what to do with bin full of trash. We stayed for 3 nights and at least one cleaning was needed.

Very friendly and helpful staff, large and cozy room, amazing bed and showers, nice breakfast (with good variety of both tasty and healthy food), good bar area, well-equipped gym. Really liked everything about it. Would definitely come back.

The room isn’t being cleaned daily and if you want fresh towels of anything you need to ask for it. I understand the environment issue but housekeeping can visit and set the beds even without changing the towels or sheets. Without it I get a little bit of a hostel vibe. The location was nice but we really had to walk at least good 15 minutes to get basically anywhere. There is a metro station 1 minute walk tho.

The hotel is very nicely decorated. Lots of plants everywhere which was really pleasing. The staff was amazing, very attentive and really very very nice. The room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable.

The restaurant at the Hotel was closed, although in the web site there is a menu and other details. There was only one chair in the balcony.

Very well located, with a metro bus stations aside and nice good restaurants nearby. Nice room and balcony, good air condition, fridge with soda and water for free, very nice lobby and bar at the entrance

Very convenient location close to all good stuff for locals and not touristy as the center could get. Yet, walkable distance to the to old city. The stuff was absolutely amazing, helpful, and friendly. Great design with spacious lounges, a bar, amazing landscaping.

We did not had our towels changed even when we post the message that the room needs to be serviced also in the description of the room they mention bathrobes but none was provided.

Bar in the lobby was really good and the vibe during the evening. The garden and the hotel theme. Location was perfect, next to metro and lots of restaurants and cafés close enough ( 10-15 min walk). Complementary water and sweets was a nice touch.
