Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazing hotel..it is 4 stars but in fact it is same as 5 stars …rooms are beautiful and clean ..staff are so friendly and specially the reception staff who are always smile and so kind ..location is surrounded by shops, restaurants , markets and it is only 20 min walking to Nashmarket ..value is good comparing to this amazing hotel ..I will book in this hotel in my next visit to Vienna .

Greece- I think that the cleaning service every 3 days for a hotel of 4 stars isn’t ok. Cleaning service every second day is fine. If you ask for cleaning of course they’ll make it but still want to have at least every second day for a hotel like this.

From the tropical feel and clean industrial look to the beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, and fresh, healthy, and varied breakfast, everything was exceptional. The friendly staff were ever present without being intrusive and always helpful and polite. We felt privileged to be staying in hotel Indigo, and it really allowed us to fully enjoy our short stay in Vienna. We would definitely recommend staying here if visiting. The location was a 35-minute walk from the old town and right outside pilgrimgasse underground for easy access to all sites.

Very nice clean room, location was perfect (from tube station, also to centre) and all staff were nice and helpful. Room temperature is adjustable. Reception/bar area is relaxing and comfortable. Both bartenders were skilled and friendly, we enjoyed conversation with them and all cocktails we tried were very nice.

IsraelI didn't like the cleaning policy that goes - "We are cleaning once every four days and if you need anything talk to us in the front desk". In other hotels I'd have the ability to put a sign on the door if I wanted the room cleaned, or if I just wanted to have my towels replaces, so I didn't need to talk to anyone or explain anything, I'd just get my room cleaned for that day. And those hotels would clean the room anyways once every three days and not four. Lighting control is a bit weird in the room, too many lights are turned on or off by a few buttons. Getting to central Vienna (where all of the museum are) is a bit weird.
The staff were great. Very close to U4 that can get to the central station (where the CAT is) quickly. The breakfast was good, albeit a bit unconvential in how it works in comparison to other hotels. The room was spacious, and had a nice closet in side it, there were also plenty of power plugs.

Clean comfortable room with a great bathroom and good clothes storage. Decent wifi. Easy to use safe. Complimentary mineral water and biscuits replenished every day, and good toiletries.

I been traveling to vienna a lot and I spent my nights in more then 20 different hotels in this one was my first time and I can say it was one of the best one maybe the only one 1. The staff are excellent and so friendly / helpful with a huge smile. 2. The breakfast- acutely it is 5* level. Brilliant& delicious . 3. The all atmosphere is great and you definitely feel in relaxing and quiet.

Everything; comfortable, very tasteful interior, calming & relaxing, lots of greenery, excellent breakfast options! Welcoming staff, very cool hidden gem but not at all pretentious. Location is great for the city trains U4 etc, 10 mins walking distance of Naschmarkt & approx 20-30 mins walk to museum quarter and 30 mins if walking to Belvedere.

CroatiaStayed in a quiet room which lived up to its promise. Clean, beautifully decorated, as was the bathroom. Bed was really comfortable. Excellent location near Naschmarkt and the city centre, which is easily accessible via public transportation located close to the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, both the cooked breakfast and the buffet. Staff accommodating and friendly. Loved the overall design od the hotel as well.
