I would’ve given this hotel a 10 if they hadn’t placed me in a room by the elevator. Of which the sounds came through the door.

Almost everything was great. Great property, room, amenities and breakfast. The staff was excellent, one of the best I’ve experienced in Europe. The location was great as well, walking distance from the conference center and a bus stop in front to the airport.

A slightly complex way to check in and check out. After booking with Booking.com, you receive an excessive number of emails from the hotel. Additionally, even though I made a common booking for all three of us who were travelling for work, we each had to wait for a separate bill at check-out. The procedure took 20 minutes which is definitely too much!

The only issue I had was that when the room is cleaned the curtains are left open. I can understand this, but sometimes the light is on. You can look into the room from the street. I could see that for my own room (by my approximation).

I stayed at this location when it was formerly Park Inn. It has been totally remodeled. I like the room, it is very modern and because of my meeting the location is perfect. And it is close to the U Bahn station so you are a close train ride to several areas of interest. I pre-checked in so that was very smooth. My few interactions with the staff were very pleasant. I have an upcoming trip to Vienna and I am almost certain to return.

The hotel is very cosy, within walking distance from the UN and the metro station. Great breakfast, enough choices for every taste. Reception staff were very attentive and helpful.

The pancake machine installed for the brekfast is just an hassle. We didn't like the fact that at 9am the cleaning lady came to knock on our door to see if the room was free. It would be very easy for the hotel to let the cleaning personnel sync with the reception and avoid disturbing the customers. Another thing that bothered me is that the check in is stated to be at 3pm and from the comments online it seems to be enforced that way. So we stayed in the city and walked around until the time for the check in came. But then on the day we checked out we saw people coming to the reception to check in even before 11am and they were allowed. Plus people who checked out after midday, even though the check out is stated to be by 11am. This whole thing disappointed me, as we could have definitely enjoyed our stay at the hotel much more, if we could check in at 11 rather than at 15...

The bed was extra comfy, I could stay there the whole day. The room was very clean, also the hotel in general is quite clean. The design is great and the colours palette and mix of materials used are very soothing. We really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast does not have a wide variety of food, but everything seems to be of very good quality, except for the coffee - the coffee is from some automatic machines and it tastes horrible. I ate like a pig but didn't feel bloathed or heavy. There are free lockers in the basememt to leave the luggage (before check in or after check out) and also free toilets to use. The restaurant and cocktail bar onsite are great, as there is not much in the vicinity. The receptionist was very welcoming and the area around the reception is really great for resting or reading a book or just chill out.

Nothing important. Would be nice to have slippers in the room. Would also be nice to have some tee and coffee available (as the kettle was there).

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable room. Location convenient, but out of centre (for my needs it was perfect, with metro stop really near) The breakfast very good, very good food selection and good quality. Also nice, stylish athmosphere in the loby - everything rather simple, but nice and modern. Would come again.
