Really not much to find to dislike. Perhaps the restaurant menu could provide a few more options without nuts to accommodate allergies?

Three of us enjoyed a family room on the 5th floor that was spacious, clean, comfortable and really pleasant (light and bright but with great shades to block sun and heat when needed). Our son and his girlfriend stayed in a standard room and also loved their room - nice decor, comfortable, modern and AC worked great during hot weather. All of the staff we met were friendly and provided good service. We appreciated having the restaurant and bar in the hotel and enjoyed both late lunches and late evening drinks on the inviting patio.

Everything was very good yet I have to point out the less good points : Location is not the most central but city center is easily reachable by train. Price of breakfast was perhaps above expectations yet it was good and kids loved it.

- A/C takes long time to cool when it is switched off , there is motion detector in the room , electricity turns off when leaving the room. - There is only a water kettle in the room, no coffee or tea bags, no sugar, no fridge, nothing else!

The room (the rooftop that I had) had an empty feeling. No rugs, no door on the cabinet, cold floor in the toilet. While Wifi is super fast, sometimes it did not work for me (connected but no internet)

Super modern, brand new hotel. Liked the automated checkin and door unlock with mobile. Everything is clean and in perfect condition. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of choices. Downstarirs there is a nice lounge area, with beer on tap and some food also. The Kaisersmarn is perfectly done.

THere was a kettle in the room to heat water, but no coffee, no tee, no drinking glas / cup. Garden view was not as expected, windows too high up - so no view.

Very close to Austria Center, easy transport to city center and airport. Friendly staff. Attractive room design. Comfortable shared space outside to enjoy the perfect weather we had during our stay.

Room was small and quite basic. The desk was too small to work on. The room was not cleaned unless you specifically asked. My room was at the front which was quite noisy. You have to pay a premium to be at the back!

Key things were not in the hotel room - we had a kettle, but no tea or coffee. Also a bit disappointing that you have to pay a vending machine if you forget toothbrush/etc. You also cannot add a bill to your room - everything needs to be paid right away. Some (not all) staff seemed a little less knowledgable when asked certain questions, but they were friendly nonetheless.

Great hotel, still very new so it was clean and the staff was friendly - especially the gentleman who works the night shifts!!
