The only problem are the room-keeping staff members (ALL MEN). They refilled our towels every morning, they made our beds every day BUT sometimes didn't clean the room, didn't wah the cups, didn't renew the liquid soap and several times didn't supply new toilet paper. Sorry to say - they consumed, sometimes parts of food we left in the room.

Very good value for your money: proximity to Metro, very good breakfast, good reception, proximity to supermarkets.

We had payed the full amount of money during check-in, but during check-out they had asked us for more money as their system wasn’t updated which didn’t show the transaction. This was a bit disappointing. Rest everything was great.

The Family Quadruple Room was huge. It was sufficient for 4-6 people. Everything was amazing. The room that they gave us first during the time of check-in didn’t have a working A/C, so they had changed the room instantly when we complained, which was very much appreciated. The views of the city were magnificent from the room. The Längenfeldgasse subway was just in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.

Unfortunately, on the day of our departure from the hotel, we experienced an unpleasant encounter with a member of the housekeeping staff. Although the check-out time was scheduled for noon, the housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:30 AM, twice, and naturally woke us up to ask when we would be leaving the room. Then, he returned at around 10:15 AM with the same question, to which we responded that we were packing and would soon be leaving. He knocked again after 20 minutes to ask when we were leaving. At that point, I informed him that, to my knowledge, check-out was until noon and that he should not disturb us until then. He then left. Upon checking out at the reception, I attempted to speak with the manager to file a complaint, but unfortunately, the manager was unavailable. In our many decades of traveling, this was the first time we experienced such an unpleasant situation where a housekeeper literally tried to force us out of the room before the designated time, and repeatedly so. We have never encountered anything like this before, and it left a bitter taste in our mouths, despite the rest of the staff being perfect.

The location of the hotel is excellent since the metro station is a minute away. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. The room has enough space and it has everything that you might need including a coffee machine. The breakfast is also great and you can find a variety of food for everyone's taste. Good parking garage although a little bit expensive (18€/day).

Hotels garage 18eur/day is little bit expensive.

Ok location. Metro station(two lines) is just across the street. Two stations from Schoenbrunn palace, and also close to center. Room was clean and spacey, bed comfy. Spar super market just next to the hotel. Private garage(7eur/day) 3 minutes walk.

Internet connection is that bad, super unstable, disconnected every 15 minutes and super slow during the day, unless you work at 2am EU time you shall be good.

3 minutes away from the metro station, Train will take you approximately 20 minutes to the Old Town. Next to SPAR supermarket where you can get your salad bowl for breakfast just in case you aint getting any breakfast from the hotel. Room is spacious, so does the bathroom, just exactly like the photo. Staff were friendly & all speak English.

It's right on a big road, had a roadside room so if I opened the window it was super noisy and smelly. Also several small technical issues. There was a problem with the closing system of my door so the first night it was actually open before the technician came to fix it. Also a lamp didn't work and the remote control neither... there were also tea bags but no kettle. Nothing major but not great for the usual standard of Leonardo.

We stayed here as it was close to the subway to get into Vienna centre. Parking was in the underground garage and was €18 for 24 hrs. There are lots of restaurants around the area.

I found it for a pretty good deal. The room was nice, comfortable and very clean. Communication with the reception beforehand was easy and helpful. The location is also quite practical, richt next to the U-Bahn. It was everything I needed before the Österreichischer Frauenlauf.

Breakfast ok but overprized at 15 euro. No refill of coffee capsules in the room. Thought it was a mistake but didnt happen in four days so obviously they only consider it a welcome gift. Cleaning was very basic. Made beds and changed towels. That's it.

Very good location, the U4 stop is right outside the hotel, close to Schönbrunn, also not far from the center. The reception is 24h, which also convenient, as we arrived late in the night.

Breakfast is quite average, it's filling, but I prefer when there are more hot dishes available, not just cold cuts. Certain room amenities need to be updated or replaced.

The hotel is situated approximately a 34-minute walk from tourist attractions. However, due to its proximity to a noisy road, keeping the windows closed is necessary for a peaceful stay. The breakfast provided is decently satisfying, but I would prefer a greater variety of hot dishes rather than just cold cuts.

It would be nice to have a water boiler in the room. Not easy to prepare water for tea (that is kindliy offered in the room) with the coffee machine.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean spacious room, ideally located at a 1 minute walk to the metro. Easy and fast access to the city center.

Really nice location. It can seem remote at first glance but the subway station is right across the street and its very easy to get to the city centrum right away
