“The property is across the road from a pleasant tumbling brook. The village centre is fifty metres away and everything is open at 10am. Lots of cafes. On Pennine Way so hills and walking two hundred metres in any direction.”

“So happy I booked this place, literally loved everything and couldn’t fault a thing at all! All was explained very clearly from the booking in it self, to parking, food places nearby, over all very informative and I love that help is always available. I was kindly welcomed by Shaz and Samera bless her she showed me around the apartment. She was very professional, bubbly, chatty, overall an amazing humble host and she is a credit to the team. I was sceptical the day before however when I saw the apartment in person it was honestly better than expected! I suggest anyone that does book to go all out and book the room with the sauna and outdoor garden area. The interior is up to high standards, very luxury and you can tell there’s been a lot of thought gone into every detail! The lighting, the ambience making it extremely cosy. I’ve attached a few pictures but honestly pictures don’t do justice you have to be there to feel the exceptional atmosphere. My other half was genuinely surprised and absolutely loved his birthday treat. Our kind of vibe this place! Everything went positively well. Check out was easy too. Thank you to the serenity team, we both appreciate the kind hospitality and can’t wait to be back again :)”
“Everything about Hazel's House was perfect. It was home from home. The living room was lovely and cosy and the fireplace in the evening was lovely, nice and homely feeling. The views from the garden were amazing so peaceful and tranquil in the morning, enjoyed the view with a nice cup of tea while everyone was asleep. Seeing the sunset from the garden was lovely, never quite as good down south. Facilities were exceptional, shower was powerful which was nice. The mattress was so comfortable, best few nights sleep I have had in a long time. Will definitely be back. Natasha was very helpful, any problems (not that there was any) you could be reassured that she wasn't far away”

“The apartment itself was fine. Beds were averagely comfortable and all the facilities were there (kettle, stove, TV). Probably don't need a TV in both bedrooms. Also, focus on getting the basics right (like a toilet lid that fits properly) before you install mirrors with Bluetooth etc. The location was convenient for us as we were passing through Huddersfield and the host gave us good instructions on how to find the property.”
