Absolutely amazing! Shaz & Sadiya were the most politest people and so welcoming. The room itself was perfection! Exactly how they show in the pictures and there’s literally everything you need to buy within walking distance! We will definitely be back! ♥️

Loved everything about it.

It was absolutely perfect, it had such a warm cosy feel to it. We felt very welcomed on arrival, very accommodating for our late check in as we travelled from Newcastle and the weather wasn’t the best. We got sent a list of popular restaurants and bars in the area which was very handy to have. The room was so modern, lots of small details that made the room feel very special. The bed was so big and very comfortable and warm. We thoroughly enjoyed being in the hot tub which even had LED lights inside and you could watch TV in there. There was everything we needed in the kitchen area and it was very clean. we cooked a lovely meal on our final night.

The facilities were amazing and the apartment beautiful and clean! I ordered a “love” celebration package and everything was ready on arrival. Sadiya was available on arrival to help us navigate, check in and ensure that we knew how to use everything. The led lights in the apartment made everything beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, but I forgot to ask where I can buy one 🤣 I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking to relax and have an enjoyable stay. It was worth every penny and Sadiya made it even better as an amazing host and such a lovely down to earth person! Thank you Shaz and Sadiya we would definitely stay again 🩷

The bathroom door didn't close fully and there was a little gap in the blind that comes down

Everything was great.

The facilities were amazing, perfect for a romantic getaway. The locations was great also, right in the middle of loads of delicious restaurants and not far from the city centre. I cannot fault the staff, Sadiya was more than helpful with anything we needed and very friendly. She even provided us with a text message for the best places to eat. You get exactly what you pay for and the sauna is a really nice extra touch. Also, the bed was very comfortable! 😊

The property was very clean and was exactly as described. The staff arranged for a happy birthday message to appear on the TV and a neon sign on the wall via the package deal they offer. Rose petals scattered around the apartment to give it a more romantic feel. The staff explained how to use the facilities and messaged me a list of local places to eat at or takeaways, which was lovely as we came from out of the area. I was very impressed with our stay and would look into returning.

There was nothing to not like here. There's a 24 hour shop and places to eat nearby.

Thanks to everyone at Serenity. Great gift for my partner who loved it. Our room was amazing. Sadiya was there to meet us and kept in contact on the day. Sadiya was brilliant, friendly and helpful. Hot tub with touchscreen tv and sauna was a highlight for us. Kitchen had everything. We will be arranging another visit. 💯👌🏾
