The adjacent little town has most items you need and a few pizzeria. Big shout out for Dante & Ivana restaurant which is very close by. You do need to like fish ! If you have a car Rosignano Solvay a 5-10 minute ride away has good supermarkets. Overall fantastic villa👏🤗”
“EVERYTHING! It was the most spacious and pleasurable stay I’ve experienced in my last month of traveling Italy. Rita the host was absolutely fantastic, she helped me lug my 35kg up the stairs (no lift unfortunately) and when I had a blonde moment and couldn’t get the washing machine working she rushed straight over to help get it started for me. The location is brilliant. 150m walk to the beach and 250m into the center of town and a 350m from the train station. The apartment was huge, the sunset from the balcony with a glass of wine cannot be beat and the complex was so quiet I didn’t hear a peep from anyone during my stay and the bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. I loved it so much I even asked if I could rent long term or buy it from her and move to Italy. Book this place, I promise you will not be disappointed!!! I was so sad leaving I actually got teary.”
“The villa is situated in an absolutely stunning location overlooking the hills of Tuscany. We woke up to the wonderful view everyday and watched the sunset in the evening from the sitting area. The nearby town of Volterra is also stunning with plenty of restaurants, shops and history.
The villa was spacious and well-kept with all the amenities we required. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and all necessary towels were provided including pool towels.
There is also a large games room with table tennis, darts, racket games and plenty of playmobil toys which kept our daughter happy throughout the stay.
The pool was spacious and had a covered lounging area. It was slightly cold when we arrived as the weather wasn’t too great but heated up as the days got hotter which is to be expected with an outdoor pool.
Hosts were amazing throughout. The owners kept in contact to make sure everything was perfect and the local host also provided a full tour on arrival even though we arrived late.
Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone staying in Tuscany and will be looking to stay here again in the future.”

The location has breathtaking views, the peace and quiet, away from the bustling noise of a city help recenter you and the warmth and care of your hosts restores your faith in human kindness. The property and the suites have everything one would wish for - it is a home, even for guests who spend a limited amount of time there. Everything you see is well maintained (to perfection), well thought out, it is done with luxury in mind but in a well grounded, humble way....in other words, class and elegance! The attention to detail is incredible. The family thought of everything....and the breakfast is ...well, delicious, varied, and most of all, representative of the land and the place that are being shared with you, as a visitor! The hosts made us feel that we matter...they listen, they care and in the end, they made us feel like part of the family!
