If I was going to be nit-picky, the pillows were a little bit lumpy, I bring my own pillow with me when I travel so it wasn’t a problem for me. A fridge in the room would be a nice touch as the fridge in the kitchen area wasn’t very cold for our drinking water etc

We had such a wonderful stay here during our time near Montepulciano. The host’s communication was excellent, and their local recommendations really made our trip even more special. They even provided a list of recommended activities, restaurants, and sightseeing spots in the area, which we really appreciated and made planning our days so easy. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was so comfortable that it was hard to get up in the morning! Breakfast was absolutely amazing — a perfect start to each day. It’s easy to see why they have a 10/10 rating on Booking.com. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect agriturismo if you want to relax and enjoy time off from chaos. Location is in the middle of nature, car is a must. The Agriturismo has only 3 rooms which makes it even more special. Pool is amazing, rooms very cleaned and bed very comfortable. Delicious breakfast is served every morning. Owners of the agriturismo are a beautiful family, very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and would definitely come back next time. Highly recommended.

Words cannot fully capture the hospitality, quality, and atmosphere of this place. The family welcomes you as if you were an old friend, serving a truly authentic breakfast made with ingredients from their own farm and the surrounding area. The pool and facilities are of the highest standard, and the room is beautifully designed, spacious, and comfortable. After many visits to Italy over the years, this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. Plus, it’s perfectly located near amazing towns like Montepulciano, Pienza, and so much more!

Stayed to little , few more days in this place would been ideal.

The breakfast was exceptional , every day Tomaso , our host, baked 2-3 traditionally cakes, different each day. The savory option of the breakfast was also very well presented , with good choices, and very good quality products. The home made yogurt and his mom's home made jams were outstanding. He took the time every every morning to great us before breakfast and introduce us everything he prepared for us for breakfast . The property is very large with olive trees , a small pond , a beautiful vegetable garden and small forest. The hosts encouraged us to explore the area. The countryside view and the landscape is very beautify and offers you a quiet and nice place to relax and recharge. Tomaso and his father Andrea were very welcoming, always willing to help and to make sure that we had a great time at their property. Although a bit secluded, the location offers you easy access to the historic towns and villages from that area. Tomaso also put a lot of effort in preparing and providing us a good list of places to visit, landscapes and restaurants from the area.

Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from personalized recommendations to a delicious breakfast made with love, featuring many homemade and locally sourced products. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and surrounded by breathtaking scenery – but what made it unforgettable was the warmth and generosity of the hosts. They genuinely love hosting and connecting with people. Even after we left, they reached out to make sure we arrived home safely, especially considering the difficult situation our country is going through. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back. There truly aren't enough positive words to describe our stay at Agriturismo Humile! It was hands-down our favorite bed & breakfast we've ever experienced and a true highlight of our Italian vacation. The property is stunning—peaceful, serene, and beautifully maintained. Our room was both elegant and cozy, blending modern comforts with the authentic charm of an Italian farmhouse. What truly made our stay unforgettable were Tommaso and his family. They are the kindest, most gracious hosts you could ever hope to meet—humble, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel completely at home. Each morning's breakfast was a delight—served in a gorgeous sunroom with fresh ingredients straight from the farm. We enjoyed eggs from their own chickens, homemade herb blends, warm pastries, aged cheeses, eggs cooked to order, and the best cappuccinos we had in all of Italy. The property is set on a working olive farm next to a sheep pasture—we loved watching the sheep roam each day. There’s also a beautiful pool and breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside. Just stepping outside, you're greeted by the fragrance of fresh flowers like jasmine and roses, which grow throughout the grounds. We felt so welcomed, so relaxed, and so cared for. We truly hope to return someday—it’s a special place we’ll never forget.

The photos don’t do this place justice. Everything- from the front gate to the architecture of the rooms to the wood-fired spa- was so well designed and absolutely stunning. We woke up to an elaborate breakfast each morning, with homemade cakes and yogurt, and THE BEST eggs we’ve ever had!! Tomasso and his parents are incredible hosts. Everything was done with love. They went above and beyond for us, and this stay was the highlight of our girls vacation in Tuscany.

Located in a lovely valley, the farmhouse is surrounded by nature. The hosts were very friendly and really cared for their guests. The breakfast food was very good. Nothing was too much trouble. The experience was exceptional on every level. Have stayed in many such establishments but this was on a different level. A 2 night stay happened to coincide with other guests who had returned every year for 10 years. This says it all.

Staying at this beautiful bed and breakfast in Chianciano Terme felt like being welcomed into the home of dear friends. Andrea’s cappuccinos were the perfect way to start each morning, crafted with such care, while Rosana’s breakfasts were unforgettable—her cakes and breads were made with love and tasted like home. Tomaso’s thoughtfulness in every detail, from the keyless entry to the luxurious shower, made everything so easy and comfortable. By the end of our stay, we didn’t just feel like guests—we felt like family. If we could have been adopted by them, we would’ve stayed forever! This place is truly special, and we can’t wait to return.

Amazing views, beautiful farm, quite tastefully done. Inspiration for the rooms is definitely Tuscan, yet with a few touches of international- Japanese art, hot feet soaking tubs, and clean lines, with some textures and ceiling supports that remind of middle eastern - quite sophisticated. In one word: amazing. The hospitality is great. Humile is owned by a family that makes you feel part of it during your stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is made of fresh natural products and is lovely. Water is supplied all day long for free in your room and in (your) part of a fridge close to the swimming pool. For cyclists it’s a good place to start your routes around Montepulciano. A well deserved 10.

Humile is one of those rare places that writing a review is bitter sweet. On the one hand you want to keep it a secret, to keep it all to yourself. But on the other, it is only right and just that Humile is shared with the world. Tomaso and Family have created a place of perfection. They provide a level of hospitality that you simply can’t get from a corporate. You stay at Humile as a guest, not as a customer. If you are lucky enough to stay at this little slice of heaven… you’ll be raising the bar against which all future stays will be measured.

Simply beautiful. We had an incredible time here and agreed that it was our highlight of our 9 days in Tuscany. We loved the surrounding views from the property, the pool and the themed bedrooms. Great breakfast too with some delicious scrambled eggs, but mostly we really appreciated Taumaso, Rosana and Andrea’s thoughtfulness in ensuring we had a restful stay and loved getting to know them. We’ll be back :)

Where to begin? This property and the family who owns it are exceptional!! The location has breathtaking views, the peace and quiet, away from the bustling noise of a city help recenter you and the warmth and care of your hosts restores your faith in human kindness. The property and the suites have everything one would wish for - it is a home, even for guests who spend a limited amount of time there. Everything you see is well maintained (to perfection), well thought out, it is done with luxury in mind but in a well grounded, humble way....in other words, class and elegance! The attention to detail is incredible. The family thought of everything....and the breakfast is ...well, delicious, varied, and most of all, representative of the land and the place that are being shared with you, as a visitor! The hosts made us feel that we matter...they listen, they care and in the end, they made us feel like part of the family! We want to let them know that this was the best part of our 1-month trip through Italy. We appreciate you and the hugs at the end of our stay, mean everything! Grazie, grazie, grazie!

Our only regret is we weren’t able to stay longer. Next time we will!

Highly recommend staying here if you have the chance. The place itself is a beautiful farmhouse set in the stunning Tuscan hills, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Our room had great views into the valley and towards Chianciano. The best thing about this place though is the attentive hospitality. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt very welcomed and looked after, whilst still having plenty of privacy and space. The breakfast is easily the best we’ve had during our stay in Italy; great selection of homemade sweet and savoury good, as well as some of the best scrambled eggs we’ve had! We did also pay extra to use the wood-fired hot tub one evening which was really nice and relaxing with great views.
