Great location, very clean, spacious and felt safe. Paola was so lovely and helped with us recommendations for things to do & eat, couldn’t have been better! Having the washing machine was also a huge bonus! Would 100% stay here again!

This small but beautifully functional apartment is perfect for a stay in Florence. The location is an easy walk to all the main attractions. Paolo has thoughtfully provided everything you could need for your stay. Communication and check in and out was very smooth and easy.

The location was fantastic. The quaint apartment was on the ground floor. Only 2 bridges away from the Ponte Vecchio and 10 minute walk to the to the centre. The was a Gelateria 2 doors from the apartment and many restaurants and bars nearby. Highly recommend this little apartment to traveller, particularly the over 50's.

Paola is the perfect person. She provided all the necessary convenience during our stay, told us about the surrounding tourist facilities, and took care of our luggage on the last day. The apartment is very well located (you can get to the center of Florence on 5/10mins on foot), it's equipped with everything we might need during the holidays and Paola (the hostess) was very friendly and helpful. 😊

The fact that it was basically spring temperatures and the proximity to the river itself led to there being one too many mosquitoes. There are no mosquito nets on the windows so you have to be careful when opening the windows. The apartment was really clean, there were only minor unsatisfactory details - the kettle had quite a lot of limescale so I had to clean it a bit before using; the towels seemed a bit old and one of the largest towels was a bit stained (we just put it on the floor as a bathroom mat as there were many towels offered so there was no need to contact the owner). If you are a bigger person, the shower might feel too cramped but nothing too concerning.

The host is really amazing, extremely helpful and responds quickly. The location is also great in regards to all the amenities and sights. The apartment itself is quite spacious and well stocked; looks like the pictures. There is floor heating and an AC so you shouldn't be too hot nor too cold at any time of the year. The apartment was clean and, me being insanely allergic to dust mites, had little to no reaction, which is not common even in the cleanest of places (if you have the allergy, you will know what I mean). I would gladly recommend this booking.

The apartment is amazing! Super clean and cozy, with everything you might need. At a short walking distance from the most iconic places in Florence and right next to the best gelateria in the city - definitely a must try! Paola was very helpful and kind, giving us great tips! Would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend it.

It is really good, at a very good location, and the apartment itself has everything you need. We only spent here two nights, but I think it can be good even for a longer period. And the owner, Paola is really nice! I certainly recommend the place!

Only call out was the bathroom was a bit small, but that appears to be normal for most of Europe, so was aligned with our expectation/experience.

I have to agree with the other comments, Paola was a fabulous host. Very helpful. She meet us at the front and went through all the facilities of the apartment. We was always helpful with any questions and very responsive. Apartment was very nice, with kitchenette, lounge and separate bedroom. The air conditioning in both the lounge/kitchen area and the bedroom was a real bonus, as was the washer/dryer combo. The location was excellent. Out of the main busy area but only a short walk to the main attractions. So many restaurants and cafes nearby including the excellent must try gelateria next door! Very happy we stayed here, will stay again.

Paola was a fabulous host. Very helpful. Proud of her apartments with very good reason. Facilities were fantastic. All you could ask for and more. The washer/dryer was the icing on the cake. The location was super. Out of the rat run and still only a short walk to the main attractions. So many restaurants and cafes nearby including the excellent gelateria next door!

The bathroom was very small.

The apartment was 10min walk from the train station and major sites. It was well appointed and comfortable. Check in was easy and the owner very helpful. Appreciated the washing machine and having a courtyard view. It is next door to the best gelato shop in Florence!
