“I can certainly recommend The Friendship Hotel for other travellers to this area. The rooms are above a pub and, arriving in the car park at the back of the premises, all you need for entry is the email confirmation from the hotel, which provides a code to enter the building and then to access your room - so, no staff to check-in. There are of course staff available in the pub downstairs. My rooms was spotlessly clean and had all I needed.”
“The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to help with any questions or queries. Service went over above expectations. A big thank you to the whole team. We had a very comfortable stay. Loved being right in the centre of Doncaster and near the market. Parking was available a short distance away and it was possible to quickly unload near the hotel.”

“Charlotte, who received us, was very pleasant, clear and helpful. Location for going to a wedding at the Kelham Island Museum was perfect [c10 mins walk]. Bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and hot. Bed and linen were good, and towels were very nice. Access at whatever time suited us in the evening was perfect. The Crow Inn was very good at replying to questions and requests before our arrival.”
