We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomMy room was freezing cold when I arrived. I set the air con to 22 degrees which was left on during our dinner engagement. When I got back to the room it was still pretty cold. Also the toilet in my room made a dripping noise all night and the smoke alarm flashed every 10 seconds throughout the night. Is this an essential feature or a faulty detector?
The staff in the restaurant were fabulous. They handled our dinner booking of 17 guests with ease and efficiency

Rooms are of a good standard. Arrived after dark, opened the curtains in the morning for a full view down the back straight of the racecourse, doesn't get much better than that. Didn't have the breakfast.

GreeceI didn’t like that the kettle wasn’t clean and it had limescale. Travelling with a baby under 1 year old and having to prepare formula wasn’t ideal to boil water in that kettle. However, staff at the restaurant were accommodating with providing fresh boiling water from the restaurant for free.

United KingdomHaving been given bottles of water on check in, it was disappointing that this was not replenished for our second night. When we asked at reception for more water, we were somewhat taken aback to be rather curtly informed that we were expected to pay for it. On challenging this, we were grudgingly given two more bottles. My advice…just don’t offer the bottled water at all given that its issue appears to be so contentious. Doncaster tap water is perfectly acceptable to drink.
Incredibly comfortable bed. Clean and functional room. Very good value and quality breakfast. Great location and plenty of free parking.

The reception staff (two ladies), were wonderful - friendly and helpful. The room had a very comfy bed and a smart bathroom with plenty of hot water - the shower was a little slippery. great view from our room. Very good and pleasant bar staff and still smiling at 2am!! Good breakfast - buffet-style hot or cold choices.

Staff were absolutely delightful. The hotel itself is just spectacular. The room was lovely and had everything you could need. Bathroom couldve done with a little more cleaning but nothing major!
