  • The Groes Inn Review score: 9

“food was of excellent quality especially beef brisket pie, cod and chips and lamb all freshly cooked, breakfast was freshly cooked . Room was so peaceful with a view of fields and distant mountains quite an extraordinary experience from where we come from.”

  • Saracens Head Review score: 9

“The property was furnished very tastefully and in good order. It was nice and clean and the facilities were good. We had booked an evening meal in the restaurant which was served in reasonable time considering how busy they were. It was well presented and cooked to a high standard, as was breakfast the next morning. The high point of the stay were the staff. We were greeted by Rachel and another young lady who were both very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I stayed at The Saracens Head before and will definitely stay again.”
