“Located on a family-owned farm, you have your own little house on two floors next to the family's house. two bedrooms on the lower floor and two bathrooms (one on each floor). Bathrooms fully functioning with hot water available all the time with high pressure. Soap available but you have to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. Well-equipped kitchen with toaster, stove, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and others.but no microwave or dishwasher. Amazing hosts Gabriel and his son were kind enough to drive us home when we had a flat tyre. Surrounded by beautiful Tuscan hills, lots of olive trees and vines. Lower floor has two bedrooms and a sitting area. Upper flower has kitchen and dining area and a garden! That's because the house is located on a slope so the upper floor is also a ground floor with a lovely outside sitting area where we enjoyed breakfast surrounded by nature. Look out for fireflies at night which were a great surprise to us as we'd never seen them before.
Clean bedsheets and towels. Private parking available and host quickly replied to all our messages and calls. Reasonably situated for drives to Florence, Siena, Volterra, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano... a short drive away there is a coop, restaurant and gas station. Easy and quick chec-in and check-out. Good internet connection.”
“We felt right at home. Simonetta is a great host that provides all the info that you need about all there is to do and see in the area. She even arranged a special, romantic diner with music for us at a local place that we otherwise never would have been to. We also did the cooking class which we highly recommend! More about the property: we loved the peaceful and quiet place is nature. The lake was amazing and the room spacious and equipped with all you need.

“It’s a stunning property in the middle of Chianti region. Perfect location with beautiful surroundings. Great base to drive around and explore. Staff was amazing, very approachable and knowledgeable. Wine tasting was a highlight of our stay. Wine from Viticcio is top class”
“I was Solo on the motorbike and arrived 17u. Had a quick dive in the pool and wine taster with charcuterie plate. Walked to the excellent restaurant 900m down the road. The room was an appartment and I felt sorry I didn’t bring my family :-). It was an excellent experience and i hope to be back. Their wine is better than neigbors Villa Cerna.”
