We felt right at home. Simonetta is a great host that provides all the info that you need about all there is to do and see in the area. She even arranged a special, romantic diner with music for us at a local place that we otherwise never would have been to. We also did the cooking class which we highly recommend! More about the property: we loved the peaceful and quiet place is nature. The lake was amazing and the room spacious and equipped with all you need. Loved our stay and hope to come back!

My wife and I just came down from heaven. Absolutely everything was perfect. Simonetta was a host send from angels. Helpful, sweet and full of information and enhusiasm. The room was like in medivial castle,we felt like royals.Beds just how we like it. Peaceful, everyday sunset over Tuscany with Chianti wine made and cared by Giovanni and familly. And... everything around you is green. We cannot express our luck by choosing Podere Tegline as our four day vacation. Thank you Simonetta and Giovanni.

Podere Tegline felt like a home away from home. the property is in a beautiful location surrounded by countryside and a short drive away from local towns. The best thing about this property though is the owners, Simonetta and Giovanni go out of their way to make your stay the best possible. They were so welcoming and helpful and always quick to answer any questions/make recommendations . They made our trip a lot easier as we were travelling with our 8 month old daughter, they had all the facilities we needed for her including a baby bath and Simonetta also gave us some toys for her to play with. The wine and olive oil tasting was a lot of fun and my husband really enjoyed the cooking class! We would definitely recommend people to stay here!

Absolutely amazing and magical place. We had a wonderful week in Tegline, full of beautiful sunsets and breathtaking views. It is a quiet place surrounded by nature. It’s perfect to relax outside the city, noise and crowds. At the same time, it is located perfectly in the middle of Chianti region. Simonetta and Giovanni are pouring a lot of heart and wisdom into hosting guests. They share their love for Chianti region and culture in every way possible starting from simple things like conversations filled with laughter, welcoming introduction to the best places in Chianti and ending with evening gatherings in form of wine/oil workshops (participation recommended – it’s not another wine tasting), cooking classes etc. We will remember this experience forever <3 Simonetta and Giovanni, thank you for everything. You are fantastic hosts and people ! PS. Entry road at Tegline is a quite rough dirt road, but don’t be discouraged by that. It can be accessed by any car (maybe except cars with very low suspension). Just remember to drive carefully and slowly and you will be fine. You can ask Simonetta for tips and tricks 😉

We rented the small appartment with our 1 year old son and it was really great. Simonetta (the host) is very friendly, was always available in case we needed something and did even add some toys for our son to the appartment. When we visited, it was very hot during the but the appartment stays cool during the day which is very nice. We can really recommend the pasta cooking class, it is worth the price.

My bed was a little firm, but I still slept VERY well.

Simonetta and Giovanni were impeccable hosts. They helped us with our itinerary. The cooking class and tasting dinner were highlights of our whole trip. The property was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing.

- Hospitality of the hosts: we felt very welcomed at the farm, thanks to extremely friendly hosts. Apart from getting warm welcome (with delicious cake !) we also got all necessary information about different places to eat, visit, etc. - Perfect location: it is far enough from any town to enjoy tranquility and nature (I loved having morning coffee only with the sounds of birds!) and close enough to have 1 day trips in Chianti area as well as Florence and Sienna. - Very nice apartment and farm: Views around the house are beautiful: forest, farm and lake ! Also apartment itself is beautiful and fully equipped. - Great local wine and olive oil.

The place is amazing!! the location, the nature around, the apartment was big with everything inside, very clean and with a lot of space! but the most importent part was Simonneta and Jovanni!!! such a warm welcome (she baked a cake for us!) and Jovanni did a richfull wine tasting! the explaind everything about the area and was very helpfull all the time!!

Nothing

The location: completely in the tranquillity of nature, surrounded by beautiful vineyards, a (swimming) pond, farm animals and a perfect base to explore the beautiful Tuscan villages and towns. The enormous hospitality of the hosts is also remarkable, we were treated like kings. And the homemade wine is simply delicious. An absolute value for money!
