“The area is convenient, right near the highway with underground parking. The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and well designed. The window to the exterior is well insulated but internal insulation could be better, I could hear the person upstairs walking and could hear every door when they closed (ear plugs remedied that). In terms of design selection the beds are not at all comfortable, make all types of weird creaking sounds when entering and exiting. I had back pain after my stay. If I were staying longer than a few days I’d prefer a closer to the open closet with a few hangers. If the beds were comfortable it would have been a 5 star experience for me.”
“A lovely, modern and tastefully decorated hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The dorms were lovely and the individual bed booths gave extra privacy. I was able to store my luggage until I needed to leave.”
