“The room was quite clean and comfortable. Food on breakfast and dinner were good enough (not perfect).”
“The location was very central so you could walk to everywhere. Parking is provided on sight which is invaluable in such a hectic city. One thing to note when looking for the parking put in “Elements parking” into your maps and it will take you straight to the parking. When searching the property it does not quite take you to the parking. Martina at the reception was extremely helpful proving us with locations to visit and also going and purchasing gluten free bread for myself so I could have it with breakfast.”

“Location of the hotel is good. It is surrounded with trees, it is a bit out of the center of Kopaonik, yet close to it (1 km far from the center). The staff is super nice and kind. Hotel is renovated and furniture in the rooms is new. Beds are comfortable. The bar in the hotel is really calm and well decorated. The food is good as well, both breakfast and dinner. There is as well a small entertainment area, with the table tennis. SPA center is pretty good - pool, jacuzzi, saunas, gym. You can also book the massage.”
