Accommodation was perfect, the staff was delightful and helpful. Breakfast was 10/10! The parking and the location were awesome! The main walkway is just meters away from the hotel.

Poor communication between the staff of the two villas! We previously requested the use of the spa center (such are Emilia Lux's villas) which is located in the other villa, but nevertheless the wellness center was not working!!! Very poor internal noise isolation! Even the slightest noise from the neighboring rooms and the corridor can be heard, which is very annoying!!! Very often the card (key) of the room did not unlock and we had to go to the reception to upgrade it! Disgusting and very dirty room terraces! The towels in the rooms are not changed every day! None of the staff at the reception informed us that as guests of the hotel we have a 10% discount at Emilia Lux's restaurant!

It's a place to be if you're visiting Vrnjacka Banja! Likewise, there is nothing negative about this property. I would definitely come again and recommend it.

Good and comfortable hotel in Vrnjačka Banja, near the Promenada (1 min), spacious room, Wi-Fi, TV set, safe. Has a pool outside the hotel. Included 1 hour of spa in nearest building for guests. Recommend.

Lovely and warm welcome by reception staff, the young man was very friendly. Hotel is very clean and fresh, rooms very cosy and clean! Communication with hotel about the booking was very professional!Although it was just a short stay I will definitely come back again!

Beautiful villa on great location, near pedestrian zone. Hotel is new and modern wih with nice rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is rich and very tasty. The best part od the hotel is pool area, it is soo nice and calm. Overall, great value for money

The rooms are not only spacious but also impeccably clean and have a fresh, new feel to them. The staff deserves special mention for their professionalism and genuine friendliness. The restaurant is a delightful surprise with its delicious offerings, all priced reasonably. Considering the excellent quality of amenities and service, the cost of the stay is incredibly well-priced. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Emilia to anyone looking for a perfect stay.

Breakfast was limited to a few choices if booked with the room. Might be worth going ala carte for your breakfast.

The overall appearance was excellent, staff especially Sanela were really welcoming and helpful. Rooms could not be improved on. On site restaurant was well priced with a good selection of food.

There was warm water issue on occasion and bad smell from bathroom.

Nothing really. If I am being picky.... It looks like they are still working on renovating the place (as there are a couple things missing here and there, e.g., breakfast is still not served inside the hotel, you have to go down to the villa instead, but it is not far; our bathroom did not have a door/glass in the shower etc.), which is why I gave a slightly lower rating. Coming to the hotel, we had a hard time finding it, as the road is being built leading to the hotel and the signs were saying not to drive through there, which was a bit confusing. Finding parking was also a bit tough as we came on a Saturday, but from what I understand, other days are better in that regard.

I thought the building itself was gorgeous. The pool was super nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff, in particular Marina, was AMAZING. She organized a bed for our baby. She was so nice and understanding and helpful. I would go there again just because I know she would take care of us and make sure our experience is a good one.

Aircon louder than a jet taking off. Deciding to do very noisy works (hammering) inside the building at 0750 in the morning. No shower curtain or door. Btw, not a criticism but Google maps can't find the hotel properly. It shows its road (Heroja Čajke) as not connected up but it is!

Really big room, good bed. Proper shutters on the windows! Balcony. Close to the promenade. Great staff - reception helped me out when workmen dug up the road immediately outside the exit from the hotel car park! Private parking.
