“We liked everything. The location is unbeatable. The staff is super friendly. Hector at front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. And all the beach club and restaurant staff also. I don’t understand a lot of the bed comments about them being pushy about tipping. I would disagree with that. At breakfast nobody ever mentioned us tipping. And when we were having dinner they mentioned tip isn’t included but not in a pushy way. It was said it’s optional. And all the people complaining about tips should google Mexico salaries and think about it.
This is definitely a hotel to which I will gladly come back if I ever come back to Mexico.”

“Whilst the hotel was large it didn’t feel ridiculously big and no area felt too busy or overcrowded. The staff were really wonderful and friendly, and there were plenty of staff from cleaning, bar and maintenance, meaning service was swift and the hotel was kept immaculately! Absolutely superb!”

“The view was fantastic, the beach is wonderful, calm, clear, incredible. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed. The restaurant of the hotel has the best meals in the area, we tried other establishments but they were not worth the value. I did not try the pool, so I cannot comment. We went walking from the port, it is not very far and is very safe.”
“The rooms and the shared areas were very beautiful with all the hammocks. It was near the "city center" without being too close to the noisy places. Very chill vibe. Everything was very clean and comfy as well.”
