That was one of my dream to stay in such a hotel. So I was absolutely amazed by it. Early at the morning we saw a lot of monkeys and that was beyond reality. Spectacular breakfast, friendly personnel. Clean, silent and peaceful place!

The stairs to the cenote are very steep, may be challenging for non-athletic people.

Everything is outstanding. The personnel is very welcoming and warm, the bubbles offer all comforts and luxuries, very well organised and practical. Also possibly one of the most comfortable mattress and pillows I've experienced so far. You have your own extra-private space including a jacuzzi. But of course the beauty of it is being immersed in the jungle and just chill on your own bed while enjoying the stunning nature around you. Food is also very good.

Easily the best place to stay if you are in Quintana Roo. It is too bad that we only had two nights booked, but it was the best hotel experience we've ever had. The breakfast was simply amazing and rich. The restaurant was really delicious. They also had a private cenote which was a great addition to the overall experience. I would highly recommend having a rent-a-car if you are staying here, as this is the only convenient way of transportation (in Quintana Roo in general). We would definitely stay here next time we are in Quintana Roo.

Amazing ambiance, lovely pool area, very secluded, small hotel ( 6 rooms?), great food, fantastic staff, very unique experience. Cenote (Bocas)at the end of the road well worth the money, great place for a swim and a cool down

The only thing that could be improved are the wooden steps coming out of the cetone - slippy.

The uniqueness and quiet. Staff were fantastic, everything very clean. A dip in the cetone - be careful on the slippery steps. The bubble experience was fantastic sleeping under the stars!

Fantastic unique experience that was the highlight of our trip!! Very clean, beds comfortable, grounds are gorgeous and well cared for and become a magical experience at night. There is an on site Cenote that was so beautiful!! The bubble is air conditioned and situated very private so you feel all alone. All of the staff is so welcoming, kind and attentive. The open air restaurant served the most delicious fresh meals. Breakfast was a favorite! A perfect place to go for quiet and relaxation and have a massage if you would like. Walk to more Cenotes nearby and we even saw several Monkeys in the wild. There are several Jungle Adventure activities close enough to drive to if you have a car. LOVED the OOM Bubble Boutique and hope to visit again sometime!

The Oom Bubble experience in the jungle was nothing short of enchanting. Nestled amidst the verdant foliage, the bubble offered a tranquil haven where we could truly reconnect with nature. But what made our stay truly remarkable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, including the ever-kind Nancy, Neva, and Este, who made us feel like cherished guests from the moment we arrived. Each day began with the tantalizing aromas of the chef's expertly prepared dishes, which not only delighted our taste buds but also added a touch of elegance to our dining experience. From gourmet breakfasts to sumptuous dinners, every meal felt like a culinary adventure, further enhancing the feeling of being welcomed into a warm and inviting home. And as we woke up each morning to the serene quiet of the jungle, greeted by the soft glow of sunlight filtering through the bubble walls, we couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over us. It was a truly magical experience to peer out at the natural wonders of the jungle, feeling completely at peace in our little bubble sanctuary. Together, the exceptional staff, delectable cuisine, and serene surroundings made our stay at the Oom Bubble feel not just like a vacation, but like coming home.

One day they had to run the generators…that was a Monday, perhaps that is the day they charge all the batteries

So peaceful! The food was wonderful, the staff is friendly and responsive to your needs. We really enjoyed the bubble and jungle atmosphere! Also, the temezcal ceremony was amazing . Highly recommend!

The quality of our stay was off the charts wonderful. The staff, Nancy, Mena, Katia, Ester went above and beyond to assure us every comfort. I have traveled extensively and this is our favorite stay ever. If you are looking for a peaceful, restorative and excellent quality, gtrat food and drink this is your destination hotel. If, however, you want a party atmosphere and many activities this would not be for you. We had a bubble with the bathtub which I recommend for the extra space, bath robes and location. Though their menu is a bit limited, e ery single thing we ate was delicious. We stayed for 7 nights and would return in a heartbeat.

Outstanding property and staff. We stayed for 2 nights and it was just amazing. The Bubble's are so well thought out, peaceful and beautifully maintained. The staff offer such a high level of service, ratio of staff v's guest is very high. One of the nicest places we have stayed.

We liked almost everything but just a few tips for improvement or notes for future guests - - the lunch / dinner menu needs work for vegetarians and local cuisine; didn’t really mind the prices even, but I could really only eat chips and guacamole/fries/salad, when I asked the waiter for more options for dinner since it’s the same menu, he had them but mostly just western things and was a bit sad - super easy/cheap to make a veggie taco/quesadilla etc! The space appeals so much to the wellness crowd but missing the food aspect - Daily top up of water, coffee, toilet paper would should be noted. I got sick during our stay and was nervous I would run out of water and toilet paper (we brought extra water but were told no outside food/drinks so not sure if that was welcomed) - the neighbor played loud music all afternoon. Not the property’s fault but maybe good to remind guests when checking in. Once I messaged the concierge, they told them turn down and off by 9pm which was fine. Adults only Bubble forest hotel though should definitely have expectations that not everyone comes to the forest for disco 😅 - WiFi is shaky, come prepared

The bubble is a unique, kitschy stay that gave us a little insight to the Mayan jungle. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the facilities were good. Loved the remoteness and ability to really “check out” and go off grid. Bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was above par! Weather was chilly when we were there so we didn’t do much but got a little bit of pool time in our private pool. Soaps are lux!

That place is a dream! I lived in Mexico couple of years and was now back again for holidays. I can say the bubble was one of the best mexican experience ever. I also have to mention that the restaurant in the facility is also fantastic. Amazing interpretation of the traditional mexican cuisine.

First off, The staff!! The 5 star service, the peacefulness, the relaxing, calm, and quiet atmosphere! They worked everything out to be the best!! We spent our day on sight in our private pool, cenote, the pool with falls and making use of all awesome amenities on sight

We were expecting to see the stars from the bubble, but our location was under trees, so we couldn’t see. However, it’s good to protect from the heat.

Great location, super cozy hotel if you are looking for a quiet jungle experience. The private cenote is small but amazing! Open 24h. The pool is awesome (both of them).

I find the dinner prices too high for what you get. That’s the only thing for the rest we enjoy so much.

Everything what about amazing place! The lemon pie we loved it. They keep the bubbles very clean and the staff all super attentive. The cenote pool, cenote and private jacuzzi all amazing.
