“Great hotel centrally located in Playa Del Carmen. Easy walk away from local shops and restaurants, right next to 5th avenue. The hotel in itself was beautiful and well kept with a massive pool area, which we loved. The room was perfect, very clean and spacious for a family of 4. The beds were also super comfy. While not a beach front hotel we were able to go to asi beach club (2 minute walk away from the hotel) by showing our wristbands, so we had the best of both worlds. The staff were so friendly and accomodating, I would 100% come back and stay at this hotel.”
“Excellent almost new resort close to Cancun at a bargain price. My wife became ill during our stay and the reception staff quickly organised a taxi to take us to an english speaking doctor.”
