“The staff was kinder than I expected, and I was very pleased to be greeted with a smiling face. I was also very satisfied with the comfortable space that allowed me to experience nature as it is.
I would like to thank again Hugo, who works at EL SUSPIRO, the Mexican restaurant in Building 2, and David, who works in the morning at the coffee shop right in front of the gym in Building 2. I was happy to enjoy excellent service thanks to them.”

“The location of the property allows for ease in many ways. Transportation is close. Grocery and market are downstairs. Mall is across the street. Restaurants are plentiful.”
“The check in was good, but there was no wifi in the room. The room was spacious though a bit damp. We booked a cab for an early morning transfer (the night before) but the morning front desk was either not awake or he did not understand anything. We almost lost the cab reservation and could have missed our flights! So not impressed and do not recommend. However, the evening manager Adrian was really on the ball, helpful and considerate. He was the only bright star in the hotel.”
