“The hotel's location is great. It is definitely value for money in the sense that you are getting what you seek based on the star level. Breakfast was much better than what I would have expected and for sure worth the small price you pay for it. Mainly I would like to say that the receptionist from Argentina (I believe Fer was her name but I may be wrong) was great, very friendly and with good advice on where to go, what to do in town etc.”
“The staff was very friendly and helpful, clean and warm room and comfortable with tv, wifi,hairdryer , cabinet and telephone. Complete opposite of chamber chez marie ( very rude , unwelcome and very dirty and freezing cold. They put us in the loft wall paper peeling of and dumbness in the room and the worst to contact them . You have to go all the way down to go outside the place and ring the bell to get the attention of the host. so we decided to move to Majectic Hôtel that’s why we have an overlapped booking. What a waste of time , very tired looking for the so called chamber chez marie but there’s no such thing it’s just a number. A waste of money .”
“Not told there was no wi-fi, staff not very helpful. They kept saying the wif-fi was coming on but didn't even tell us when we checked in it wasn't working. Staff not helpful had to go to another hotel for something to eat and drink. The bar in our hotel closed just as we were getting another drink and it wasn't even 10pm, the bar tender just closed up and walked off not even checking a anyone wanted another drink. We had hardly no milk and coffee in our room when I asked reception for milk as shops were shut he just said we haven't got any. without even checking housekeeping. we had to go to another hotel to get a snack and coffee.”
