There was limited parking places and we did not get a place to park our car so we got to park outside of the hotel at a parking 10mins walking distance from the hotel. The staff was defensive and not friendly at first.

I liked room, it was very clean and nice. Dinner was great and breakfast was good too I liked service, everyone was ready to help me (even to find the wire from the piano in the hall:)) And I liked pool and jacuzzi

It was quiet, comfy, clean, well equipped (hair dryer, kitchen tools etc.), and close to everyhing we were interested in but not in a busy area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was a strong scent of some sort of air freshener that really irritated my throat (I was slightly sick). But we opened the windows and it was gone fast.

Location was ideal for walking etc. we had good weather but cold and the property was well heated. Local restaurants were good and well priced. Frederic was really helpful.

Friendly staff, great location I liked the decorations in my room & the view of the mountains from the window It was fantastic in general :)

It was a bit noisy in the evening, but past 11pm it got much more quiet It didn't disturb me much, in general I enjoyed my stay & would recommend!

Everything was amazing. Room has amazing view, very comfortable bed, big bathroom... Staff is super friendly and helpful.
