“Amazing location, and always wanted to check this place out, to experience staying in such an old building. Nice big bathroom.”
“Excellent one stay lovely big room which was extremely clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was perfect lots of choice. Will def be back”
“Staff were nice. The walk to the city was a bit long but there is a good bus service just outside. Nice and clean.”
“Wide range of choice for breakfast, fresh fruit in room on arrival, large shower, very comfy bed. Complimentary luggage storage for day after we had checked out.”
“Breakfast was good, close to town where I was having a reunion”
“Very lovely location in a genuinely historic location. Very lovely village. Rooms very pleasant and spacious, but beware rooms by the main road. Very busy main road, and you can't open the windows to the road too much noise”
“Fantastic new find in Oxford where the offers are usually so over priced. Brand new hotel so everything sparkles. Really well laid out and tastefully decorated. AND it has air conditioning - SO welcome in the heat! Parking in a car park 2 minutes walk around the corner and a 15-20 min walk into the city.”
“Man on reception was rude. Place was dowdy and smelled bad. We walked out and refused to stay there. This place should not be on Booking.com where I expect a reliable service.”
“Excellent staff with very friendly feel to the place.
Rooms beautifully decorated and the food both for breakfast and restaurant/ bar food was exceptionally good.”
“Good choice on the breakfast.
relaxed atmosphere but efficient and friendly responsive on everything.
Gardens were a lovely bonus too.”
