We would have liked a fridge in the room to keep our drinks and few snacks cool.

A comfortable and clean room with beautiful grounds surrounding. Well supplied breakfast buffet. Request for ice bucket to room was lovely considering our selected room didn't have a mini bar. We enjoyed being close to the Thames River for a lovely stroll into the main hustle and bustle of Oxford.

There could have been a few more tea , sugar and milk in the room.

Room was clean bed was large and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic there was a big selection of different choices available.

Not an EV charger ….its an outdoor socket so bring your home charger 3 pin unit with you ( who does that ??). Would be good to make that clearer on your page 🤔

If i'm being super critical - the pillows were too soft for us and unfortunately no option of harder pillows in wardrobe - would have good to have had a notice/note stating how to get different pillows. We only stayed a couple of nights so it didnt matter but if somebody stays long term......... The bathroom door from the inside was tiered/ damaged/chipped

Beautiful hotel and spa in a quiet setting. Room overall was very clean and spacious. Food was also excellent. Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back. Very close to local bus stop so great for getting into Oxford if you cant walk far.

Convenient for the centre of Oxford, it's a lovely walk along the river Breakfast choice very good Excellent bedroom, comfy large bed All staff were very professional and friendly especially Lily on reception We had a great stay here for my husband's birthday and would definitely return

In our opinion the food was not of the same standard as the hotel. Breakfast excellent, good choice and well cooked. The evening meal however was only average and we thought expensive for what it was.

£20 per day parking should not be necessary for a hotel out of the centre & with plenty of space to park. Should be included

The parking fees are an absolute racket and as a hotel guest there should be complimentary of greatly reduced parking charges. An absolute con. For that reason I probably won’t return especially if I’m staying longer than a couple of nights.

Even though it’s a large hotel because it’s only a couple of stories high it didn’t feel overcrowded. The cleanliness was exceptional. The more mature woman on the front desk this morning was warm and friendly whereas the younger woman when I checked in was friendly but robotic. I think maturity in staff really makes a big difference.

The swimming pool, steam room and sauna felt more like a leisure centre than a hotel spa experience.

The staff were lovely, the hotel felt fresh and clean, the surroundings were beautiful and it was easy to get in to the city

Out of the bustle of the town but within walking distance from it. Fair parking charge compared to other hotels. Nice attention to detail.

Excellent service, lovely venue and extremely comfortable. Lilly on the front desk went above and beyond for us. As someone who's 6ft4" she upgraded us to a room with a larger bed to compensate for my height which was extremely thoughtful and greatly appreciated!

Additional charge for parking.

Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was noise in the morning from the corridor with guests checking out early. The staff were good.
