“Amazing view and places to relax in hammocks. Super accommodating staff who helped us book dinner reservations and kayak tours since we couldn’t speak Japanese.”
“Extremely friendly staff and a very pleasant stay in general. The rooms are nice and everything is clean and spacious. The staff really tries everything to realise your wishes. Proper 5 star service. The little remote area protects you from bigger tourism groups and there is a nice cafe just next to the hotel in the hills.”
“Very good location. Nice breakfast. Good onsen. Best money value.
The location is convinient. With just a 10 min walk from the monorail its okay to walk with not too many pieces of luggage. Also there is a supermarket just next to the hotel and many restaurants not directly but around it. And the city is also very accessable. The onsen is neatly designed and has indoor and outdoor as well as a sauna. The staff was friendly but not overly. The breakfast has a huge variety to choose from and has a cook to make you some omurice. Also has shops inside the hotel gor souvenirs bathing equipment and convinience store.”
“Very nice location and friendly staff. The hotel itself is nice and the location is super convinient because its super near to the airport. You can easily take the bus. Also the houses next to the sea are restaurants and other shops which make an extremely nice atmosphere and scenery for dinner. The onsen is also equipped with different baths and a sauna.”
“Really great staff. Super friendly and understanding. Even a later check in due to delays in flights was possible. They really try their best to satisfy the customers. You can rather see this hotel as luxurious camping with the comforts of a hotel. That view is important because its quite remote and you will have insects or spiders inside. Its just not perfectly avoidable. And having a car is highly recommended due to the location. In general. Great staff nice view and good food. Its a recommendation.”
